This condo sits just blocks from the heart of downtown, offering such thoughtful features as nine-and-a-half-foot ceilings, a gas-powered fireplace, and a jetted bathtub to soothe your muscles after a day spent out on the trails. Within the complex, you'll also have access to a spacious outdoor seating, a hot tub, and a fitness room.



Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.



All beds now have luxury, high-thread-count linens and gel pillows to enhance your comfort and experience.



The Baskins Creek complex is located in the center of downtown Gatlinburg, with a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley right out front. You can easily walk three blocks north to the Parkway to visit Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Gatlin's Mini Golf, the quaint Village Shoppes, and countless other eateries, shops, and attractions. You'll be one mile from the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can spend your days taking scenic drives, fishing in 2,900 miles of streams, and observing all sorts of wildlife in Cades Cove. If you head eight miles north to Pigeon Forge, you can ride the iconic coasters at Dollywood, cool off at Dollywood's Splash Country, go outlet shopping, or catch a show at one of the many renowned dinner theaters.



Mountain View Event Space: This versatile event venue is the perfect space for a variety of gatherings, from conferences and meetings to baby showers and retreats.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.
