During the winter, Tahoe skiing resorts are only 45 minutes away making our home a great place to stay and play after a fantastic time in the snow.

Step inside to a fresh, contemporary design featuring rustic wood tones, metal finishes, and thoughtful details throughout. The standout 300 sq ft French Country-inspired master suite boasts a luxurious California King bed, a private en-suite shower bathroom, and a sunny sitting area with peaceful views over the beautiful rose garden — perfect for unwinding after a day out. Three additional comfortable bedrooms each include full-size beds, nightstands, dressers, and benches for ample storage and relaxation. The spacious guest bathroom features both a shower and bathtub, plus a generous vanity. The home features top of the line Kirkland linens and towels and toiletries products such as shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

The heart of the home is the full-size modern kitchen, equipped with the latest stainless steel appliances including a full refrigerator, an electric range with broiler, and a dishwasher, ideal for preparing meals during your stay. An assortment of extra small appliances are available including an air fryer, crock pot, blender, and hand mixer. Adjacent is a convenient coffee bar stocked with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, starter coffee, sweeteners, and more. A full wall of cupboards provides plenty of space for your groceries and staples.

Gather in the large family room featuring a plush leather lounging couch, a 60” smart TV, and a Bose Bluetooth speaker for movie nights or music. A 4-foot round game table invites fun family game sessions and lasting memories.

- Please report any damages that occur to the host - No visitors day or night. Only registered & approved guests are allowed on property. The extra person fee will be applied for each person each day. Children and infants count as visitors. Strictly enforced.
-Parking: please park your vehicle(s) in the driveway or on the street.
-NOTICE TO GUESTS: Please remove valuables from your vehicle and lock all doors. Property owner or operator is not responsible for loss or damage due to theft, fire, or any other cause. Vehicles and contents are parked at owner's risk.
-Welcome binder in property is full of useful information about our home and the area.
-Trash pick up is Friday so please put the cans out Thursday night and bring them in after pick up and put them along the side of the house through the back gate.
-The fireplace is electronic and has a remote. To turn it on simply open the glass doors and click the power button on the remote. Please turn it off when you are done enjoying it.
-Early check-in and late check-out policy: subject to availability for an additional fee.

- Hot tub is preset to 80 degrees. Upon arrival, the temperature can be set to as high as 104 degrees. To avoid $250 cleaning fee, please wear swimsuits and not regular clothing. Please keep spa covered & clipped securely when not in use. Please turn temperature back to 80 degrees when done using and/or checking out.
- Please keep all indoor furniture inside and do not leave spa towels, blankets or any other items from the house outside. Please leave furniture where you found it. Any lost, damaged or stolen items will be charged to the guest.
- External Security Cameras: This property is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety and security of the premises and to ensure compliance with the rental agreement. 5 security cameras are located at front door, driveway, garage side, side yard and backyard. Guests are strictly prohibited from tampering with, adjusting, covering, obstructing, unplugging, disabling, removing batteries from, moving, or otherwise interfering with any security cameras or related equipment. Any such action will be considered a material breach of this agreement, may result in immediate eviction without refund, additional fees of $1,000, and/or reporting to the OTA platform.
