Located in one of Reno's most desirable and established neighborhoods, this spacious and inviting home offers 3000 sqft of living space. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths and a well-appointed kitchen, this is your perfect home away from home.
The warm and cozy primary bedroom offers a wood burning fireplace and spa like en-suite. Submerge yourself and escape from reality.

Guests will have access to the entire home and property with the exception of one supply closet located downstairs.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
The Rodney House does not allow pets. Smoking/vaping are not permitted on the property.
No street parking. There are two garage spaces and 2 driveway spaces. No loud vehicles or motorcycles allowed.
A noise monitor is present on both levels of the home. It is important that guests are considerate of neighbors. Please refrain from loud music and excessive noise.
Washoe County Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
