Our home sleeps up to 8 guests across four cozy bedrooms:
Main Level: King bedroom and a charming room with a trundle bed.
Lower Level: Queen bedroom and a comfortable full pull-out sofa.

This rental includes a full updated kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, hand mixer, Keurig, and coffee maker.

Five-Star Alkaline Water System
Our kitchen provides an advanced filtration system that delivers remarkably pure, smooth alkaline water (up to 9.5 pH). It removes chemicals, heavy metals, bacteria, and viruses, then adds molecular hydrogen for a refreshing, elevated taste.

Many guests say it’s the cleanest, best-tasting water they’ve ever enjoyed.

Essentials like plates, cups, glass cookware, pots/pans, utensils, and paper towels will be provided for your use. –Along with complimentary K-Cup pods, coffee, and sweetener.

--A hair dryer and showering essentials are provided. Bath towels are available for each guest. Each bedroom has a designated closet and hanger storage. There is also an iron and an ironing board.

We have some amazing toys and activities for all ages.
We provide a high chair, a stroller for 1 baby and 1 toddler, and two Pack 'n Plays available, so you don’t have to drag it all the way from your house.

--We use only green/organic/non-scented cleaning materials.

--Three flat screen smart televisions are hooked up in the 4-season porch, primary bedroom, and the entertainment room in the lower level.

*Pets*
We welcome you to bring your dogs. We do limit 2 dogs per stay. Pets must be preapproved, including the disclosure of service animals, with an additional pet fee applied after the reservation is accepted. There are 2 nice dog parks, 1 minute and 13 minutes from the house in Burnsville.

Record Player
We have a beautiful antique record player with over 30 selections to choose from. We encourage you to bring your favorite vinyl from home and enjoy them in our place during your stay!

Fitness
Along with the new full-spectrum infrared sauna, we do have 2 workout mats, dumbbells (1, 5, 8, 10, 15, 20, 30lb), light, medium, and heavy bands, an exercise ball, and a vibrating plate.

Pickleball!
Our family loves Pickleball. There are 4 brand new pickleball courts, only 1 minute down the street at River Hills Park.
