Conveniently situated home right next to the MN State Fairgrounds. This property offers convenient access to major attractions in both Minneapolis and St. Paul.

The space

Our 4-bedroom, 1,600 sq foot home is located near the Como neighborhood in Saint Paul, offering easy access to popular restaurants, bars, breweries, and all the attractions the Twin Cities have to offer. Whether you’re traveling with family, reconnecting with friends, or on business, this cozy home provides all the amenities you’d expect, including a fully stocked kitchen and onsite laundry.

Upstairs: There are three bedrooms, including the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a smart TV, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bunk room with a full bed and a twin bed above. The full-sized bathroom has towels and soap.



Main Level: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and essentials you’d need, plus a breakfast nook. The dining room features six chairs, making it perfect for sharing a meal or playing cards. The living room offers a great space for socializing, complete with a smart TV.



Lower level: It includes a queen-sized bed and a desk for workspace. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience.



Outside: A grill is available, along with a patio table and chairs for outdoor meals (weather permitting). A fire pit is also in the backyard for cozy evening bonfires.



Please note: No parties or events are allowed. Our neighbors appreciate that we provide an exceptional short-term rental in our beloved neighborhood. Kindly refrain from having visitors past 10:00 p.m.

Guest access

The home offers digital contactless check-in and check-out, providing flexibility on your arrival and departure times. There is a private driveway in the alley available for parking, along with plenty of street parking.
