The Space:

Wake up every single day to the soothing sound of the crashing waves and leave all of your worries behind at this two-story, dog-friendly home! The main living space can be found on the first level of the home, whereas the three bedrooms are all located upstairs to provide more privacy. The living room offers panoramic views of the ocean and all the comfortable furniture to spend a relaxing time watching the waves crashing into the distance. Snuggle up on the sofa, turn on the flatscreen Smart TV, and catch up on your favorite series while the gas fireplace warms up the space in the blink of an eye.



The kitchen/dining area also offers incredible water views and if you'd like to take a closer look, you might as well use the telescope available. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also a convenient breakfast table that seats three people, perfect for quick meals on the go, but for a more formal setting, the dining table can seat up to six people. This level also features a half bathroom near the main entrance.



The three bedrooms available can be found upstairs along with two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own oceanfront balcony, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and ensuite full bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms also have a flatscreen TV, and the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo.



What's nearby:

You'll enjoy a prime oceanfront location and less than a mile away from the public beach access. The heart of Lincoln City is mere blocks away, offering great restaurants, Lincoln City Outlets, Agnes Creek Open Space, Agnes Creek Trailhead, and so much more! Devil's Lake (two and a half miles) offers fishing, canoeing, windsurfing, and jet skis (rentals available), or take a surfing lesson on the beach at Safari Town Surf.

Loved the ocean view. Great communication with the host. Place is nice and good sized (there were 5 of us staying) and we all had plenty of space. Kitchen seemed fully stocked. There were games to play or TV you could watch along with DVD’s. Thank you so much!

Clean, upgraded house with a beautiful beach view. My wife and I stayed here with our two young kids and two dogs and had a great time. Short 5-minute walk to the beach. No complaints - would definitely stay here again.

Directions were easy and had no problem finding house. It was very welcoming and the ocean view was beautiful. Your furnishings were comfortable and made us feel like we were at home. The drive way was a little challenging but we made it. We would stay here again! :) Thanks for a Great week!

Great location to hear and see the ocean anytime you want, plus a forest across the street. About a five minute walk downhill to beach access, but longer uphill and a narrow street to share with cars as a pedestrian. We were pleasantly surprised to see an enlarged deck with chairs for outside time, but you could hear the ocean well with the few windows that open in the house. The rooms were ready to go, with a few places like windows and corners that needed a deeper clean, and it would be nice to have a screen door for the master balcony and a well-fitted screen for the south window on the other ocean-facing bedroom, but we made do and enjoyed the place. The driveway is very steep, so it was nice that one car could be in the garage.

The views are amazing. Plenty of room. Fireplace was nice. Beds are comfortable. Close beach access. The Pots and pans are tired and should be replaced. The Bathroom TP was a little below budget

Beautiful Views!

This is a lovely house right above the beach! We enjoyed views of the ocean from downstairs and upstairs, and were very pleased with how clean and comfortable the house was.

Great vacation

Not only was the house clean, it was perfect for us! The view was absolutely incredible. We did lose a dark blue water bottle, but other than that it was the perfect vacation!

This house in Lincoln beach was perfect. There was plenty of room for up to 6 adults, (we had 5), the view of the ocean is great. It’s quiet, and a close drive to restaurants and shopping at the outlets. It’s a short 2min drive to park at the beach access, you could also walk it, but the road back is a pretty steep hill. I would definitely stay here again.

We are very disappointed in the fact that the dishwasher was broken, the washing machine was broken, the ice maker was not working properly and the garage door did not function properly. Had we known, we could have made other plans. The property was lovely, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds and bedding, gorgeous views. Unfortunately, one lady guest was unable to manage the very steep driveway, and the steep staircase. When I notified the host of all these issues, all we received was an apology. No compensation whatsoever. Unfortunately, we will not be using this property ever again.

Central location

Loved the location but wish the main floor had better views of the ocean. The upstairs views were amazing. The house could use a little bit of deep cleaning and maintenance but we really enjoyed our stay there! The driveway is very steep!!
