Located in desirable Eastward Look, this peaceful home is one half mile from Scarborough Beach and stocked with everything you need for your beach vacation. Ductless A/C throughout the home. Enjoy a BBQ on our roomy backyard patio while enjoying the ocean breeze. The large, fenced yard is perfect for small children. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, wagon and cooler included for your convenience. Beach and bath towels provided. Need to work while away from home? We provide a computer monitor and printer for your convenience. Lots of off-street parking. Spacious home complete with 50" flat screen smart tv in living room as well as flat screens in 3 bedrooms, high speed wireless internet, Fire Tv sticks and DVD. Fully stocked kitchen, 2nd refrigerator in laundry room. Neighborhood playground, tennis courts and basketball just 2 blocks away.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash towels in hot water.
Place bed linens in laundry bags provided on laundry cart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Shhh! Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM, in respect of our neighbors.
Safety: Extinguish fire pit fully, turn off gas grill immediately after use. Replace BBQ cover after cool. Close umbrellas. Fireworks are not allowed.

Why they chose this property

We are formerly from Cumberland, R.I. and moved to Arizona a few years ago. We miss the beaches in Narragansett in the summer and wanted a place of our own to come back to occasionally. We are excited to share it with you.

What makes this property unique

We love enjoying BBQ meals on the spacious patio while watching the children play in the fenced back yard. Short walks to the beach and the excellent local cuisine.
