Conveniently located between Park City and Deer Valley, nestled on the side of Rossi Hill overlooking Main Street! Fully furnished and loaded with all the finishes one expects in a luxurious mountain resort home.
Main level:
Pull into a heated two-car garage on a heated driveway. Enter the home through the mudroom via the garage or side door. Walk down the hallway that leads past the spacious laundry room/pantry and the chef's kitchen, to the living room/dining room with 20' vaulted ceiling, fireplace and balcony. Also on this main level is a half bath.
Upstairs:
Off the living room, take the stairs up to the master bedroom (king) suite, large bathroom, walk-in closet and outdoor deck.
Lower level:
Take the stairs down from the main level to the bottom level. There you'll find two large bedrooms each with balconies (king / two twins), a bathroom and a bonus / media room with a Murphy bed.
Surrounding:
Nearby steps (Shorty's Stairs) lead down to Main Street. And only a five minute walk to Deer Valley / Park City ski shuttle stop on Deer Valley Drive.
