Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. The quaint mining town of Park City, Utah, is now an internationally-renowned vacation destination and home to Marriott's Summit Watch. This exclusive Park City resort offers prime access to three ski resort areas for exhilarating skiing, hiking & biking, as well as other attractions & historic landmarks. The Marriott Summit Watch resort provides all-season fun with a heated indoor/outdoor pool, whirlpools, a fitness center, and daily family activities. Located downtown, just a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift, this property could not be more conveniently located! Also just steps away from Park City's free town shuttle, which services the whole Park City area.

Great place in Park City

This was so convenient. All the amenities of a hotel but with the extra space of an apartment. It right on Main st close to everything and the lift is 2mins away. Fantastic spot!!

Summit Watch post Christmas Ski trip

Property is great location in downtown, close to all the restaurants/bars and walking distance to slopes. Room was well equipped with what we needed and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly with room to spare! The hot tub was perfect after long ski days and we love this location the best in Park City

Perfect location.

Location was amazing for what we wanted - access to Town Lift and downtown shopping and restaurants. Accommodations were great and as advertised. Free parking and free ski valet at the Town Lift were added bonuses. I have already recommended this property to friends and we will be back!

Review for Marriott’s Summit Watch – Park City, UT

Marriott’s Summit Watch in Park City is the perfect ski-in/ski-out destination! The location is unbeatable, right on Main Street, with easy access to dining, shopping, and, of course, the slopes. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with comfortable beds for a great night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, making our stay even more convenient. The hot tub and pool were a fantastic way to unwind after a day on the mountain. Another huge plus was the underground parking—no need to clean snow off the car or struggle with luggage and ski gear. Overall, an excellent stay with all the comforts and conveniences we could ask for. Highly recommend

Super convenient location

Location, location, location! Walk across a small bridge to ski rentals, lift tickets & Town Lift to access the whole mountain. Great restaurants within feet or blocks. Great vibe in Downtown Park City. Condo was very clean and well appointed.

Great location and Service

My family stayed here for a ski vacation... the 2 bedroom condo was very spacious and the service was fantastic. We walked everywhere and skied back. The town lift was so convenient. We highly recommend this property

Great location nice property. The only issue is upon arrival hard to figure out how to get to the front desk. The address says main street but you need to enter from Deer valley road

Great Ski Trip

Great location to both Town Lift and the down town for shopping, dining and apre ski! ONLY suggestion would be- since the hot tub and pool are a bit of a walk - outside in the elements- to get to, it would be VERY nice if thick terry robes were avail in the condo to use. Other than that.... great snow, great skiing and great location!!!

The timeshare/condo was a great selection. Convenient to everything on Main Street and directly across from the City lift. My only critique of the rental is that there were no cooking condiments in the unit (not even salt and pepper).

Family ski trip

The two bedroom Villa worked quite well for our multigenerational family of seven for a four night stay. Restaurants, Town Lift, Main Street just a short walk. The staff at the Marriott were always friendly and helpful. The property manager could only be reached by email but someone did respond quickly to questions and all went smoothly.

Steps from tow lift

Great location for getting on the town lift into Park City resort. Includes lift side ski valet. A family of 3 and another of four felt right at home. Right in downtown PC. Only complaint wish the hot tubs/pool were closer but it wasn't far away either! First time in PC and loved it.

Exceeded our expectations

We just returned from our Vacation at the Marriott Summit Watch and wanted to share what a pleasure the entire experience was. We have never been to Park City and were unsure of where to stay and what would be the best setting for our family. What was presented online and what was delivered was consistent. We were very happy with our room, the location and the friendliness of the entire staff at the property. Beautiful, clean and super convenient

We absolutely loved our accommodations at Marriott Summit Watch. From the moment we arrived in the charming lobby with all its mining equipment decor and were greeted by the incredibly helpful Estella, we were hooked. Our suite was spectacular. It was super clean and provided more than enough room and privacy for the four of us. Walking over to the lift was a short distance. We were right next to the town lift from the moment we stepped onto the slope and into our skis! The overnight storage of our skis couldn’t have been more convenient. The employees in the storage facility were really friendly and helpful; Davey from New Jersey gave us a number of names and recommendations for restaurants.. We will be back for sure, because we fell in love with the place! Five stars!!! ⭐️

3.5 stars BUT not bad heres why.

The positive was the size, it was HUGE for the price and IF you are skiing PC from door to lift, it's 2 minutes. I didnt know PC wasn't IKON only Deer Valley, huge fail on my part. Our issues were 3 fold. 1st - We were on the side of the highway and there were cars non stop zipping up and down along with snow plows and the occasional siren. My home is much quieter, but others may not have an issue with that, for me, I really don't like the noise on vacation. This could be solved by having a room on the other side. 2nd - it's like a hotel room. It's not cosy, there are no blankets or much of anything, all very cheap stuff and the building itself reminds me of a 3.5 star hotel. 3rd - the master bath shower has black in the grout in many places. I dont know if it was mold or a build-up of soap scum but there is no way it should have been there. I just left it alone and didn't complain but it should not have been there.
