Mary's Beach House is a coastal inspired, 4 bedroom, 4 bath house located in Beacon Hill. The home sits directly on the seashore of the secluded Burgeaux Bay. You will enjoy a beautiful ocean view and direct access to the beach. It's also within walking distance to Maho Village; one of the most popular and touristic strips in Sint Maarten. There you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, casinos, nightlife, a supermarket and the infamous Maho Beach!

Mary's Beach House is an excellent getaway oasis. It's family friendly and trendy with the perfect backdrop of nearby island Saba across the Caribbean Sea. All common areas and bedrooms are fully air conditioned and equipped with smart TV's. You can relax poolside on the spacious pool deck, the rooftop terrace or enjoy outdoor meals, al fresco syle, with a view. The villa is only a 5 or 10 minute walk to 2 spectacular beaches nearby; Simpson Bay Beach and Maho Beach. There is a gated driveway for up to 3 vehicles. It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are a 10 minute walk away.

We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Mary's Beach House is not set up to be a party house. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.
