Trash collection occurs early Monday morning. All garbage must be securely bagged and placed inside the provided outdoor bins with the lids completely closed.
Please do not leave loose trash, extra bags, or oversized items stacked next to or on top of the bins, as the waste management service will not collect them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes: We kindly ask that you remove shoes upon entry. Care for the home: Please report any accidental damages immediately so we can fix them.
Strictly No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property. No Parties: Large gatherings and events are not permitted.
Quiet Neighborhood: We love our neighbors! Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This place was absolutely awesome for my family of four and would be great for a family of six as well. The host was super responsive. The place was incredibly clean and very large and it worked perfect for the basketball training that we were doing right next-door. Will definitely stay here again.

This house is very clean, feels like a new home inside, main gathering spaces were well laid out, and had comfy beds with duvets. Highly recommend! Owner was easy to contact with any questions.
