The house is charming and has potential, but unfortunately, the pros did not outweigh the cons. Pros-beautiful neighborhood, quality sheets and towels, pool table. Cons-the basement couch did not pull out to a bed as listed. In my communication with Jamison, he confirmed the basement couch pulled out, but when I indicated that we could not figure it out, I did not hear back from him about the couch. We had to send one of our family members to my brothers VRBO for a bed.if this property was professionally cleaned, they need to hire someone new. The smell of the plug in air fresheners was overwhelming, but we were able to open the windows for fresh air. Ants in the living room, standard pillowcases on all the king size pillows, pans were greasy from the last guest, 2 out of 3 light bulbs on the upstairs bathroom vanity burned out, bugs and cobwebs in the corner behind the front door, mold in the downstairs shower, dry rot in the lower wall next to the shower. I had inquired if there was a drip coffee maker, and the property manager said it was a Keurig with pods provided. It is actually a Keurig with a brew pot set up. No big deal, but we would have brought filters. This and the pullout couch issue makes me think the property manager has not been in the house in a while. This house was nicely decorated but it was not sparkling clean like other VRBO's we had stayed in-we made it work. I did communicate my concerns, offered to send pics, and received an apology from Jamison
