This was a great spot to stay - easy to navigate around Lubbock and close to the university without being right on campus! Was very clean and fresh - very nice stay.
We had a quick, one-night stay on the way to driving my daughter to college, and this place was just what we needed - clean, comfy, and with a safe spot for our car full of stuff. There were several dinner options within walking distance as well.
Nice, clean home in a great location. We were only in town for one night, but had no issues. Neighborhood was quiet as well.

Sean! Thank you for being a wonderful guest! Please for your next stay in lubbock, make sure to message me and I will ensure you get some additional discounts.
Overall we had a nice stay. The house is pretty and very clean. There were a few things needed: matching bed linens on the same bed with fully made beds, washcloths, curtains on bedroom windows, lawn care (knee-high weeds). A dishwasher would be nice, as well as some spices and cooking oils. Beds are comfortable and the house is quiet.
What a great stay! The home was very welcoming and the host took extra steps to make our stay very enjoyable.Highly recommend this home if someone is planning to stay in Lubbock, Texas.
The property was better than expected and was very clean. The host was quick to respond to my inquiries and helpful. The property is very spacious and has all the amenities you need. I highly recommend staying at this property if you’re in Lubbock, TX.
Staying at this property was a mixed bag. What I liked:—we could park in the garage—the house was very clean except for the coffee maker, and the wall of the walk-in shower—the kitchen was well equipped as were the bathrooms—the mattress in the master bedroom was fineWhat I didn’t like:—there was not a single chair of normal height in the house. I needed a chair to put on clothes, socks and shoes. I’m 5’3” and everything was too high. —the front and back yards were a mess. The back yard weeds needed mowing. —the sheets on the bed were rough and scratchy. —there was not a single lamp in the living room. —amazingly, there was no dishwasher.
House was clean and had all basic needs covered. Host was communicative. I would not want to entertain there. Front and back yards were mostly bare dirt and weeds. Living areas were comfortable enough but not really cozy. Bathrooms were nice. Bedrooms need to add curtains. It got bright pretty early

Todd,
Thank you for being a great guest and following all instructions!
The house was built in December :) we need a summer for the grass and plants to grow!
Noted on the comments for the furniture. We certainly focused on having high end furniture as opposed to possibly cozier IKEA quality furniture!
Looking forward to hosting again in the future!
Very clean, updated and comfortable property. Easy to get everywhere we needed to be.. we were there for a baseball tournament.. quick responses from owner when we had questions, was a great place. Would definitely stay again.. loved it!
