Esta villa de lujo de un dormitorio con una hermosa vista al jardín, tiene un dormitorio separado y baño completo ubicado arriba de la sala de estar principal. El primer piso con su propio 1/2 baño, cocina, sala de estar y patio son perfectos para preparar sus propias comidas y simplemente relajarse. Para su comodidad, también hay llamadas locales gratuitas, así como llamadas ilimitadas gratuitas a EE. UU., Canadá y el Reino Unido.

Una piscina en cascada rodeada de hermosas plantas tropicales y palmeras está a solo unos pasos del condominio. Se adjunta una piscina para niños para que disfrute toda la familia. Justo al lado de la piscina se encuentra el restaurante y bar Viola's, donde podrá disfrutar de una agradable bebida tropical o incluso almorzar o cenar. También puedes ver a tu equipo deportivo favorito en uno de los televisores de pantalla grande.

El complejo está ubicado en una hermosa playa de arena blanca para que pueda disfrutar de las aguas del océano o dar un agradable paseo.

Por la noche, relájate y cena en tu patio privado o, si lo prefieres, una corta caminata de diez minutos te llevará a Marina Village at Atlantis, donde podrás cenar en uno de los muchos restaurantes que hay allí. Nice property for two with good access to beach which had umbrellas and chairs for rental (40-50). Property pools were ok. Front pool is small but back pool is a bit larger (better).

My family and I stayed at Steve’s villa, and we absolutely loved our experience! The location was great, and everything was exactly as described. Most places were within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient.Steve, Monique, and Tatiana were awesome! They were very helpful, welcoming, and always stayed in contact with us. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The area felt very safe and secure during the entire week we stayed.A few recommendations: If you don’t want to spend too much on groceries, I recommend getting them before crossing the bridge, as the prices at the plaza can be a little over budget. Jet ski rides can have different fees, so make sure to ask about pricing. You can also look for Jerome, the “coconut guy.” His stand is right by the villa, and he is awesome!For laundry, make sure to bring U.S. quarters. Viola’s has great meals at reasonable prices if you’re looking for something delicious and budget-friendly.Our stay was absolutely exciting and amazing! There was so much to explore, and we made some wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again!

The best things about staying in this property are the location and the owner. We were a short path (less than 1 minute walk) away from Cabbage Beach, one of the best beaches in the Bahamas and a short walk (10-15 minutes) to the Atlantis Marina’s restaurants and shops. There is also Viola’s which is a good restaurant on site.Steve, the property owner, is fantastic. Not only has he ensured that the property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, his communication both before and during our stay was A.The property was comfortable with great air conditioning. There was also a balcony off of the upstairs bedroom which was great for sitting out and/or drying beach towels and swimsuits. Steve also provided folding chairs to take to the beach so we didn’t need to sit on the sand.Just to note that there is a spiral staircase up to the bedroom and upstairs bathroom which might be difficult if you have mobility issues but was fine for us.We will definitely stay here again.

Great location & beautiful beach with beach chairs & umbrellas available for small fee. Loved having 2 scenic pool areas to find some solitude from the afternoon beach area. The villa was just as pictured & well equipped. Steve was very responsive with any questions or concerns. Lots of restaurants within walking distance & close to Atlantis. Will definitely return & recommend.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Island. The beach access was perfect, Violas was nice, host was fantastic. The property was as described - a little tight for our family of 4, but definitely manageable. Lots of mirrors - made for some exciting impromptu family dance parties. Atlantis is a short walk, we spent a lot of time checking out the aquariums in the evenings. Good times

Dear Elsie, Thank you for your feedback. Cleanliness is very important to me, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to every arrival. Aside from the Nespresso tray oversight (which has been addressed) the property was prepared and presented in clean condition. The microwave lightbulb was replaced immediately after checkout and the bathtub refinishing had already been scheduled and has now been completed. The additional concerns mentioned were reviewed and not found to reflect the overall condition of the condo. Minor cosmetic wear on outdoor items can occur in coastal environment and comfort preferences for pillows and sofa firmness naturally vary by guest. I am proud that the majority of my guests have had very positive experiences and I remain committed to to maintaining a clean, well-maintained, and accurately represented property. Steve

Somewhat dated condo but fully functional with very complete and up to date kitchen, very comfortable bed, excellent TVs, and short walk to a gorgeous beach.
