Once the home of a local electric manufacturing company, Columbus Electrical Works, the lofts were renovated to include: - Exposed brick - Exposed timber beam framing - Modern large bathrooms - New oversized windows - Modern kitchens with stainless appliances

Guests are treated to tall ceilings, exposed brick and beams, large windows (with coverings), all with a chic industrial vibe and curated local décor. All lofts are oversized! You will love the space. Work or play, this loft has you covered!

For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

No Parties or Events
Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
