Villa El Junquillo - luxury 4 bedroom villa in San Pedro de Alcantara, Marbella

This is a beautiful newly reformed villa situated a 5 minute walk from San Pedro de Alcantara beach and a 10 minute walk into San Pedro town. A fantastic location for your holiday or short break with friends or family.

The villa is single storey so ideal for all the family with all areas and garden accessible step free. There is a large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen has all the appliances you need for a hassle-free holiday including a quooker filtered hot, cold & sparkling water tap, dish washer and washing machine. Patio doors from the kitchen take you on to the terrace and the extensive outside space. There is a charcoal BBQ and outdoor sink on the covered terrace outside the kitchen.

Leading off the kitchen is the lounge which has relaxed seating, flat screen TV and fireplace. There is also a “reading/chill area” and a dining table with seating for 8 people. Patio doors lead from the lounge on to the terrace and garden. There is a cloakroom/WC off of the entrance area.

The bedrooms are separated from the lounge area with an attractive glass roll back screen enabling privacy and quiet for those in bed.

There are four bedrooms, one has a king-size bed and the others twin beds which can be pushed together. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers with the other two bedrooms sharing the family bathroom which has a bath and shower within the bath. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and a desk/dressing table with mirror.

The outside space is fabulous with a large pool which can be heated for an additional charge of 400€ per week. There is a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool with ample outdoor seating. Around the pool are 8 sunbeds and to the side of the villa, the large kitchen window opens up to make a bar with stools to enjoy a drink whilst overlooking the pool and garden.

There is a large patio space here and an outdoor dining table that comfortably seats 8 people for al fresco dining with Toldos (overhead sun blinds) which can be used to provide shade.
To the side of the pool is a sunken fire pit with bench seating and built in cool boxes to enjoy a cold drink or glass of wine in the comfort of shade provided by the palm trees and banana plants. A truly magical spot especially at night when the garden and patio areas are beautifully lit.

This villa is close to several golf courses all within a 5/10 drive for any golf enthusiasts. Puerto Banus well known for it designer shops, bars and restaurants is a 7 minute drive and a lovely 40 minute walk along the Paseo from San Pedro. Marbella with the beautiful Old Town is a 15 minute drive.
