Great stay at wonderful apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It's beautiful, very spacious and really well-equipped. Everything you need is there! The owners also provided a high chair, baby cot and some toys for our little one, which we really appreciated! Location is also good! Only 15min walk to the cosy city centre of Überlingen or the lake. Communication with owners also went really well. We can really recommend this!

Die Ferienwohnung war einfach toll, sauber, modern eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Wir hatten für unser Auto einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und auch die Fahrräder konnten im Keller abgestellt werden. Herr Hagen ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns gut empfangen hat und uns alles erklärt hat. Er hat uns beim Check-in Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit auf den Weg gegeben und sogar die Busfahrzeiten notiert. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ca. 15 min zu Fuß vom Ufer entfernt. Der Weg vom Ufer zur Wohnung geht bergan, was aber gut zu schaffen ist. Überlingen selbst ist ein toller Ort mit einer sehr schönen Altstadt, Strandbädern, Restaurants, Bars und Shoppingmöglichkeiten.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war modern, sehr schön, der Vermieter war sehr sehr freundlich. Zu Beginn hatte er einige gute Tipps für die Region. In der Küche hat es wirklich an nichts gemangelt, Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck, alles da. Darüber hinaus noch andere nützliche Dinge. Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser wirklich tollen Wohnung.

Sehr nette Gastgeber und ein unkomplizierter Check-In. Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem was benötigt. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, selbst an Kleinigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe und Tiefgaragenstellplatz sind ein wertvoller Komfort. Super Urlaubsort alles sehr Central .Parken max 13 Euro im Parkaus

Alles perfekt!

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm! Wir haben viele Tips bekommen. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und toll geschnitten. Wir waren von der Lage sehr begeistert, da man zu Fuß alles erreichen kann. Außerdem fährt in direkter Nähe auch ein Bus. Immer wieder gerne!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war prima. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist schön groß und die extra Toilette sehr praktisch. Klasse war auch die Tiefgarage und dass wir unsere Fahrräder im Kellerabteil sicher unterstellen konnten. Insgesamt eine Top Wohnung in guter Lage.

Rundum sorglos in Überlingen

Eine großzügige, moderne und saubere Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Zusätzliches Plus für uns war, daß die Wohnung extrem gut ausgestattet war. Zum Beispiel die Küche war nicht nur eine sporadische Ferienküche sondern hatte alles was man auch im Alltag zum kochen braucht. Außerdem fanden wir auch die Waschmöglichkeit, Fön und zweite Toilette super praktisch für einen rundum sorglosen Urlaub. Nur ein WLAN haben wir ab und zu vermisst, aber digital detox soll ja im Urlaub auch mal ganz gesund sein ;-) Aber dafür war Übergabe und Einführung sehr persönlich und herzlich, immer gerne wieder!

Schön geschnittene neuwertige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und hat eine gute Aufteilung. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz und ein Aufzug, der in den zweiten Stock führt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Einrichtung könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder kommen.
