Inside the unit, you will find everything you need to make your trip fun and comfortable. This beautifully furnished and welcoming townhouse is located in a gated and safe community with all the amenities you want when taking a break from visiting all of the local theme parks. It is centrally located with plenty of nearby shopping and dining experiences for you to enjoy.
Inside the unit, you will find a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs.
There are garbage bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry detergent and softner, all purpose cleaner, toilet paper and paper towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap for your use during your stay.
There are 8 bath towels and 8 pool towels. Each bedroom has 2 pillows and a blanket for each bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate 2 additional guests. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and your basic toiletries.
There is also a portable crib located in the laundry and some games for you to enjoy.
The outdoor patio to this property is great for small family gatherings with a BBQ for you to enjoy free of charge.
Inside the community, you will find a community pool, basketball and volleyball courts, and a children's playground.
Inside the clubhouse, there is a gym, a gathering room and a games' room.
There are no designated parking spaces. You may park in any of the open parking spaces. However, street parking is not allowed.
Nearby, you will find a Walmart, Chick-fil-a, Burger King, WAWA, Wallgreens, TGI Fridays, Olive Garden, Target and so much more. The property is located less than 10 miles from most of the Disney World Theme parks.
