Pohailani Oceanside is 'Hotel' zoned and is intended for tourism. Therefore, it is safe from Maui's pending short-term rental ban, which could affect short-term rentals in 'Apartment' zoned areas.

Perched on the second floor, this unit offers added privacy and breezes. Please note there is NO elevator, so access is via stairs only.
