Located just steps from the ocean, our condo offers stunning panoramic views of the ocean and neighbor islands of Lanai and Molokai. The Humpback Whale Sanctuary is our front yard and you have prime seating to watch the whales from the lanai or any room in the condo. Enjoy nature's masterpiece creation of colorful rainbows stretching across the crystal blue water. Every evening enjoy Maui's world renowned sunsets on your private lanai.
Don’t just take my word for it - please reads the reviews, guests will personally tell you about the detail this unit receives. I believe that when people go on vacation, that they should have the highest of quality. I have chosen to stock up on top of the line products that offer all the comforts of home and save you money on things other units would require purchasing. Most rentals save cost whenever possible with the theory that it wont be treated well. I have invested in supplying the best of the best, to defy this logic. I believe that by supplying a beautiful home with all of the best amenities, that my guests will be inspired to show the same regard to my home as if it was their own. SO if you are someone who appreciates sharp knives, Vitamix, high end coffee makers and appliances, amazing fresh luxury linens, towels, dishware and the little extras, and will love my home and the approach I offer, then this suit is for you.

The Mahana is a jewel of a property, located on a sandy beach, in a tranquil setting, away from the crowds. Yet it is only minutes to restaurants, shopping, world class championship golf courses, and many other popular activities. View and location was extraordinary. Well appointed kitchen. Simple but clean unit. Property overall very well maintained. Quiet. We don’t like AC so more ceiling fans or portable fans would have been nice. We will definitely come back to the Mahana!

This property had a 5 star review, which I do not understand. While the view was beautiful, the unit itself was quite dissapointing, as it needs a major update. The dishwasher blade came off the first time we used it. The bed was awful....no blanket, just a dirty comforter.The pillows were old, dirty and flat. The bathroom shower glass was very dirty upon arrival. Multiple toilet plungers around the the base of the toilet. One roll of toilet paper provided, despite us having a week reservation. We left a day early and rented a hotel room as the toilet broke...would not recomnend staying here.

We had an excellent stay. The location was nice. Close to amenities but out of some of the hustle and bustle. Got to see and snorkel with sea turtles right off the beach at the property and watch incredible sunsets. The owner was easy to deal with and incredibly accommodating. We ran into some travel issues and the owner went above and beyond to alleviate those issues. We would certainly recommend this place.

The BEST! Would stay again! Perfect location to groceries, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. Clean and stocked with everything you need. Easy check in and out. My son and his wife recently stayed here for their honeymoon and absolutely loved every minute of their stay. They said the view was amazing and everything was exactly as it is pictured. They were amazed at all the “extras” for guests to use, they felt like they had everything they needed and more. They enjoyed being close to so many different restaurants, shopping, etc and really enjoyed the food trucks. This was an exceptional place to stay and they said they would come back and stay here in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for making their honeymoon unforgettable!!!

None Can Compare

The sunsets cannot be compared in any other condo. They are absolutely exquisite. It was well stocked, more so than any condo I have rented. This is a very helpful amenity considering the SWA new baggage policy. Absolutely no regrets in renting and definitely would come again. Host is the most helpful I have ever dealt with.

An amazing property!

The pictures do not do the property Justice. I could not have selected a more perfect location if I tried. The sound of the waves lulling you to sleep at night was Nirvana.The unit itself was top shelf, as described.If we decide to go back to Maui, this is definitely the place we will stay!

Beautiful Location

Enjoyed every minute of our vacation celebrating 44 years of marriage. Saw lots of humpback whales, sea turtles and even blessed with a monk sea swimming by our condo. The area has lots of water opportunities with a car you can ride to the road to Hana or visit the rain forest

A piece of paradise just steps from the ocean

My words will fail to properly describe the wonderful experience we had at this property, but here we go. First of all, Holly has been amazing since the day we first booked this place several months ago. She has been absolutely top-notch in the communications department throughout the entire process. Check-in instructions were clear and easy and we had no access problems at all.The property itself: WOW. Floor-to-ceiling windows gave us the most gorgeous views and natural light. The pictures in the listing don't even do it justice. The kitchen and bathroom were completely stocked with everything you'd need, and more. Also available were a variety of beach and water items, such as beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, and snorkel gear. No need to rent! We enjoyed the pool and the beach every day, and close by there is a beach walk connecting the beachfront hotel properties. The condo is just a short walk from grocery stores, shops, and food trucks.And of course, the wildlife. Whale watching will never get "old" to me, and we even had surprise visits from some sea turtles and a seal. Holly was also very knowledgeable about some of the sea turtle beach habits when asked.This place lives in my mind much more beautifully than I can describe. We had a wonderful stay here and we recommend it HIGHLY.

Wow... What an amazing stay. The unit was just as advertised and then some. Wonderful amenities, great location, lots of things in walking distance. The view was wonderful. Went to see whales and that's exactly what we got just sitting on the Lani. On top of that use the best binoculars ever and the whales are on top of you. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. We look forward to returning soon.

HONEYMOON!

This place was absolutely jaw dropping!! Me and my husband went here for our honeymoon. The property manager had extremely quick responses with the check in process which is very easy. This place had the most beautiful view of the ocean. The Mahana was so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The owners of the room had everything you could ever need for a vacation. Sunscreen, shampoo, laundry pods, bandaids, goggles, beach chairs, anything you can think of they had it!! Not sure we could’ve gotten a better place to stay at for our honeymoon. We also got to see a whale from the lanai and a sea turtle! This place was perfect.

Most amazing view!

This place is incredible. We spent much of our time just staring at the sea turtles in the surf! The whole condo is gorgeous and had everything we needed. Parking is ample and very close. Elevator was very close. Pool and BBQ area were spotless. This place is incredible. Walk to Dukes for a drink or meals. Grocery store across the street. The condo has everything you need and is stunning. You won’t regret staying here. You will want to come back, just like we do!!! Thanks for having us!!!

The Most AMAZING Honeymoon

My husband and I booked the condo for our honeymoon and we had the best time, even without AC!! A little context.. On our way to Hawaii we received a message from Holly stating that the AC in our unit was going to be out for the entirety of our stay. This was at no fault of hers, the entire half of the building was out of AC due to a roofing project going on at the condominium. She offered us a full refund if I wanted to cancel, but given the countless 5 star reviews of this place, I really didn't want to. I offered to go pick up some extra fans/ACs for the unit and she was so appreciative! Holly was super easy to communicate with and checked in on us throughout our entire stay. We lowered the blinds during the day and slept with the lanai doors open at night to keep the unit as cool as possible. Which I would recommend even if the AC was working because the sound of waves crashing onto the beach was heavenly and it put us right to sleep. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. I seriously cannot say enough nice things about this unit and Maui. The views from this unit are unmatched and unlike anything I've ever witnessed. Maui is the most beautiful place we have ever been by a landslide and I would recommend it to anyone! This was our first time in Maui and it definitely won't be our last, and I honestly wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Thanks Holly for the most memorable honeymoon!

Amazing Sunsets!

This condo was steps from the beach. The sunsets every night were amazing! The condo had everything you would need. Dukes was within walking distance on the boardwalk and food trucks were great! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Location, location, location! View, view, view!

Celebrated our 40th anniversary on Kauai & Maui. Holly's place on Maui was perfect! The view can't be beat! Turtles playing in the surf everyday around 5pm. Surprisingly, we loved being on the 2nd floor; the ocean felt so close and the view was beautiful. Communication with Holly was easy. There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom which was resolved fairly quickly and we were happy with Holly's response. We loved our time there and wish we could go back. Stay here if you ever get the opportunity!!

My name is Holly. I lived on Oahu as a young girl, and eventually had to leave the island. It has always been my dream to come back to Hawaii someday. I purchased this beautiful condo with two dreams in mind.
1. To provide a well kept unit, that shows my love and respect for the memories that are created when someone invests in a vacation. I strive to give the best, knowing the best will come back in the quality of my guests, and hopefully long time returning friendships will be made.

2. To be able to give myself a way to hopefully return "home" someday. Hawaii is home. unit 216 is my home, and when people share your home they become Ohana.

I currently live in just outside of Seattle WA. I have a wonderful family who has supported me in my dream to make it back to Hawaii someday.

I visited many units before selecting the Mahana 216. from the moment a pulled up, it felt right. I knew it was where I was supposed to be. That feeling only continued to grow as I walked through the beautiful lobby, and up to the unit. I was completely taken back. It was like falling in love. I even went to see some of the top floor units, but 216 had my heart. I enjoy being close enough to actually see what is in the ocean. Being able to see the whales, the surf, and hear the waves crash so close is something that was a bit lost the higher I went up. For me, this was paradise.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

being so close to the ocean. The Mahana is one of the very few buildings that were allowed to be built so close to the ocean. Being closer to the lower level means you can actually see the ocean, the whales and all that comes with the ocean beauty in Maui without squinting!
Every single day, this unit gets the sunset, as it is placed directly in front of the neighbor islands of Lanai and Molokai. Maui is also known for the many rainbows and often there are double rainbows looking right out my windows arching over the ocean.
This condo is also concrete meaning there is virtually no noise from foot steps above you.
