Perched in the hills of Vitet, Villa Graviola is a private modern retreat offering sweeping ocean and mountain views, designed for effortless indoor–outdoor living. Large openings invite abundant natural light and cooling breezes, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the villa. Conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport, it provides both tranquility and easy access.

The space
Wake up to sunrises over the sea and surrounding hills - The villa features a generous bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a semi-outdoor dining area perfect for relaxed meals in the tropical air.

Outside, a large swimming pool and sun deck offer the ideal setting to unwind in a calm and serene environment.

For your comfort, the villa includes two TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout the property.

For stays longer than 4 nights, a professional housekeeping service is provided every 3–4 days. During these scheduled cleanings, bed linens and towels are refreshed and replaced to ensure a comfortable stay.

Other things to note:
We invite you to travel with complete peace of mind. Our team will contact you a few days before your arrival to provide all the necessary information regarding the location of the villa. Upon your arrival, our staff will be there to welcome you and ensure a smooth check-in.
