Welcome to your ideal getaway at Crescent Bar! Whether you're looking to escape the rain, attending a concert at the Gorge Amphitheater, playing golf, or boating on the Columbia River, this retreat is perfect for you.

This beautifully appointed townhome features 2 bedrooms and a spacious den that can serve as a third bedroom or a second family room for movie nights on the 65" TV. We designed the space to comfortably accommodate two families or three couples, prioritizing both comfort and privacy. We chose this home specifically for its large common area right outside your door, perfect for yard games and outdoor activities.

Enjoy two full bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub and hair dryer, making your mornings and evenings effortless. The fully stocked kitchen makes mealtime easy and enjoyable. Additionally, the home boasts two expansive outdoor living areas, a gas fire pit, a BBQ grill, a camp chef griddle, and stunning views of the Columbia River and canyons.

Trash Disposal: Sunserra does not offer curbside pickup. Please take all bagged trash to the community dumpsters located throughout the complex. Ensure "wet" garbage is securely tied in plastic bags.
Thermostat: Set the AC to [75°F] (Summer / APRIL - OCT) and Heat to [45°F] (Winter / November - April). ***** PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ON AUTO Setting! HEAT IN WINTER AND COOL IN THE SUMMER ONLY*****
Patio Furniture: (Winter / Nov – April) Stack the patio furniture cushions in the dining room (upper) and the Master Bedroom (lower). (Summer / April – October) Place the covers over the furniture.

Having stayed other places on trips to the Gorge, I cannot recommend this one highly enough. Only about 25 minutes to the Gorge, and you avoid the traffic coming in from the other side. The property was spacious and well-appointed, and the host was extremely communicative and kind--we got delayed by a day, and he offered to extend our stay for free. The grounds and view were beautiful, and it was a lovely stay in gorgeous surroundings--very comfortable and convenient for our purposes! Would definitely stay again.

If you’re looking for a seamless, relaxing get-away, this is your place.The Home & HostThe property itself is lovely—exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with a much better view! Waking up to the beautiful scenery every morning was a highlight of our trip.Our host was a dream to work with: responsive, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. They provided excellent instructions for check-in and local tips, which made our arrival and stay completely stress-free.The Resort AmenitiesThe community is meticulously maintained and feels like a true retreat. We were thrilled by the variety of conveniences available right on-site:Relaxation: There is a handful of the heated pools and the hot tubs within the resort.Activities: The golf course is practically out your back door and pickle ball courts are just around the corner.Water Access: Having a rental shop and boat launch right there made logistics so easy.Shopping & Dining: We loved having restaurants, coffee/ice cream shop and gift store within walking distance (or golf cart ride!)Everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Sunserra is a clean, safe, and friendly neighborhood. This area remains quiet for most of the year, providing travelers with first-class amenities and a relaxing atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

We chose this unit because it has it all! Beautiful views of the Columbia River, cliffs, and canyons, and a large yard justoutside your door for all your family activities. Most of the properties in Crescent Bar have a road with traffic running between them and the Columbia River, making quite relaxing nights impossible.
