I sincerely apologize that parts of the home did not meet expectations upon arrival. We take cleanliness seriously, and your comments have been addressed with our cleaning team to help ensure future guests have a better experience.
We also appreciate you bringing the carpet concern to our attention, and we are working to correct that issue as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, the noise from a neighboring facility caused an issue, we will assress this issue, but we understand how frustrating that can be.
