Beautiful country house with a nice garden and private pool between S'Horta and the Vall d'Or golf course. Finca Rosco is a comfortable and sunny holiday home which is designed for 7 adults and 1 child.

Finca Rosco is located between S'Horta and the Vall d'Or golf course and at only a few kilometres distance from Portocolom. This beautiful fishing village offers a picturesque harbour, some excellent restaurants and several beaches within the village as well as in the close surroundings. S'Horta is a small, traditional Mallorcan village, where everything for the daily needs can be found: bakery, café, two nice restaurants and two small supermarkets. The lively holiday resort Cala d'Or is at only a few minutes travelling distance by car. It offers a nice variety of spare time activities and entertainment for the young and the old.

Finca Rosco is a sunny and comfortable holiday home with two floors. The ground floor offers a large, open-plan living/dining room with a fireplace and doors towards the porch. Next to it is a modern, fully fitted kitchen with pantry and utility room. The first bedroom is also on the ground floor. It is fitted with twin beds and has a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms: a smaller one with a double bed and a compact shower bathroom en-suite, a twin bedroom with shower bathroom en-suite and the master bedroom with double bed, closet, bathroom en-suite with whirlpool and shower cabin and a private terrace with spectacular views of the country side and the coastline in the distance.

Air-conditioning in all bedrooms running on a timer: 14:00 to 16:00 hrs and 21:00 to 07:00 hrs

Finca Rosco is surrounded by a very nice garden and offers a large pool, exterior bathroom with shower by the pool and a porch with dining table. On the first floor there is a large terrace with beautiful views of the scenery and the sea in the background.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
