Four stars is a low rating, but it didn't offer anything between four and five. Overall, I'd rate this a 4.7 or 4.8!!! This was our first experience using Vrbo and we were quite impressed and will definitely use again. The house was nice overall. Very roomy, much better than staying in a one or two room hotel. Everything on the first floor was very clean and nice. We were supplied with everything we needed outside of food. The kitchen had dinnerware, cookware and utensils, as well as plenty of paper towels, wipes, etc. We were provided hand towels and there was shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower. The master bedroom had nice phone/watch/air bud chargers on both sides of the bed. Each bedroom had dressers, closets and hangars were provided. The basement has a large open room and a washer/dryer in a dedicated room. They also provided detergent, pods, softener and dryer sheets. This was especially nice, as you don't have to worry about packing as much for an extended stay. Some upgrades in the basement would be nice. The light going down the stairs was not working, so we needed to leave the room light on 24/7 to see where we were going. The carpet was musty/dirty and needs to be replaced. The room is a great opportunity to make into a game room. Also, we weren't able to use the back yard at all. It is HUGE and has a ton of potential. Patio furniture would be a major plus, as there was nowhere to sit. Overall, a great place to stay and would stay again!
We really enjoyed this home. Close to the ball parks and my favorite Spokane restaurant The Flying Goat. Host was very accommodating and responsive. We will be coming back! Thanks so much.We loved the big backyard and covered porch!
