For active fun, shoot hoops on the half basketball court or head to the beach with the provided chairs and gear. A fully stocked game room ensures the good times continue long after the sun goes down.



Located on a peaceful dead-end street beside the Wells Natural Estuarine Reserve, this home offers both serenity and convenience—just minutes to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The neighborhood also offers a kayak and paddleboard launch point into the winding marshes!

Beach chairs, a cooler, beach toys and kids boogie boards are available at the home for your use. Please bring your own beach towels!
