Perched above the North Umpqua River. The "Overlook" house blends upscale comfort with Oregon's raw rural beauty. With three spacious bedrooms. The master with a spa-style bath and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. The other 2 queen bedrooms offer a view of the back yard and the other up front with more privacy.
Watch deer wander through the trees and enjoy the beautiful landscaping that allows you to walk totally around the home on a gravel path. There is an outside BBQ situated with a breath taking view of the North Umpqua River on a elevated brick paver patio. There is also a firepit on the same patio that allows a picturesque view up and down the River. Whether you are sipping wine in the early evening or having a cup of coffee in the mornings on the elevated deck the valley hillsides and river below the beauty gives you the feeling of peace. This beautiful Estate setting is the perfect retreat to rest and reconnect with memories of the past, while making new ones for today.

Started with the Gypsum (4 plex townhomes) and then built a 1100sf log home in Rifle, CO. Then in 2023 I purchased a beautiful desert home in Fountain Hlls, AZ to add it recently to the GH Daniels Housing vacation rental properties.
I enjoy hosting and sharing my vision of all these homes via vrbo, so others can have an opportunity to have a short term experience with their family or just have a romatic couples time together in some beautiful areas I discovered or developed in my travels through life.
