Una tranquila playa aislada en el paraíso! ¡Relájese y deje que las cálidas brisas del océano lo rodeen en nuestro hermoso condominio de tres habitaciones y tres baños con una envoltura alrededor del balcón para disfrutar de las vistas! Tenemos una piscina climatizada y estamos a pocos pasos de la playa. ¡Te sorprenderán las hermosas puestas de sol y las vistas al océano desde la pared de vidrio de la sala de estar o mientras te relajas en tu balcón! El recuerdo pacífico que permanecerá contigo para siempre serán los largos paseos por las playas de arena y azúcar. No hay multitudes, solo privacidad y diversión familiar.

Este condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños tiene capacidad para 8 personas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar.

Venga a nadar en la piscina o en el Golfo de M��xico y regrese de sus vacaciones rejuvenecido. ¡Este gran condominio tiene acceso a internet inalámbrico y larga distancia ilimitada también! En el puerto deportivo al otro lado de la calle, podrá reservar un barco de alquiler para el viaje de pesca de su vida o simplemente comprar un cebo para pescar en los muelles. Puede tener su pescado fresco a la parrilla o frito en el restaurante Tacky Jacks ubicado en el puerto deportivo. También hay una tienda de conveniencia para su conveniencia.

We had such an amazing time! We enjoyed the beach and pool! The views were amazing! We also enjoyed the local activities near by! So much to do and explore! Our favorite was tacky jacks! They had the best drinks & food! The kids loved the ice cream shop at the marina & watching all the boats come in! We will be back! :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Indies 410 Unit was really nice. It was very clean and comfortable. It’s a only a short walk from the beach which is very well kept. The sand was soft and the water was beautiful. And the title stands true, it is a breathtaking view from the condo balcony. Only down side to this location is that it is quite far from the beaten path of local businesses. So if you need groceries and/or supplies, be sure to grab them before you arrive and get settled.

Beautiful View!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful corner unit with the best view of the Gulf! The balcony was the best part of this condo, along with the three bedrooms and bathrooms. Very disappointed with the condition of the unit. As was mention by another guest who stayed in the unit in August of 2016, the unit could use updating, fresh paint, new carpet and living room furniture cleaned or replaced. Management said at that time these things were on their list. I guess after a year there still on their list. The biggest problem was the floors were not cleaned. Their was sand, old food, dirt and a pill on the floor. My granddaughter' s legs and feet were black from crawling on the dirty floor. I took a picture but decided not to post. We got a mop from maintenance but decided to buy a new one and mop the floors ourselves.When we used the oven, we found that there was oven cleaner still in the oven that hadn't been wiped off. Also, found dirty dishes in the cupboards. Love the view from the unit but probably won't lease from them again.

Pretty Disappointing; Will Not Rent Again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a double-whammy of a down at the heels property and poor property management.As for the unit itself, the decor is dated & the furniture is in especially bad shape. The couch has seen better days, the chaise is stained & dirty & there's not a comfortable chair in the place. We used the desk chair bc it was the most comfortable chair. The bed in the primary bedroom is rock hard...we joked that we were actually sleeping on the box springs & not a mattress. FYI, the primary bedroom faces the Dunes & the lights from that building light up the bedroom pretty bright at night. Also dated: the shower in the primary bath. It's a tiny stall shower. Positives about the unit: it's on the end so you don't have the noise of people walking by. Also, since it faces west, you have nice sunsets. As for the property management company, they don't do the experience any favors. The unit was not well-cleaned prior to our arrival. There was pink slime in the freezer, hair in the shower, someone else's trash still in the can, layers of dust on the vents & the bath mat, which should have been washed, was disgusting. Dark stains everywhere. If I could upload pictures I would. The towels provided by the PM reeked of smoke & were cheap and thin. We asked for replacement towels which were VERY nice, new & plush, but still smelled of smoke. Who you talk to at the PM will govern your experience. We called about a parking pass for our golf cart; the first person said carts weren't allowed. We called back bc we knew otherwise & someone else said they were fine. They sold us a parking pass for $45, but the signs in the building say they're $35. Now they're giving us a hard time about refunding the difference. We were also given all the wrong codes by someone on the phone and couldn't get in. So frustrating. FYI, they will enter your unit without your knowledge to "fix" something. My sister/BIL were down the hall and it happened to th

Fall break

This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores, so we didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised! The property was nice but the unit we stayed in needed minor maintenance and updated bedding and appliances. The view was beautiful and the short walk to the beach wasn't awful. The beach was really nice and the property was pretty quiet. Overall we would recommend this for a family vacation!

Went above and beyond

We booked this property for 2 nights in anticipation of hurricane ida hitting our area (New Orleans). When we arrived the property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to accommodate a family of 7. When did not expect the hurricane to impact our area the way it did and we had to end up extending our stay several times. The property management team was awesome with communicating with us quickly and helping us out in every way they could. We truly look forward to returning for our next family vacation under better circumstances. Thank you all so much.

There was plenty of room for us to spread out, and after having been in a car together for 8 hours, that’s just what we did! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just completed our 7th stay in Indies 410 since 2014. Love the unit still after all of these years. Happy to see the flooring upgrades in the bedrooms and technology upgrades. Would love to see some furniture updates as the couch and settee are showing their age. For a condo that sleeps 8 it is difficult to comfortably seat that many people in the living room without using the dining room table. We already booked our trip for next year.
