This charming space is nestled in a village on the Mississippi River. The people are friendly and the small-town atmosphere gives a feeling of safety. The people really do know each other. The apartment was welcoming and very comfy, especially the bed (I want to get a mattress like that one). The kitchen served my needs very well. Everything was clean and well maintained. There was a little confusion checking in as the street address didn't match the actual number on the building in which this apartment is located. An inquiry at a local establishment cleared up the situation. I was surprised that the entrance to the apartment required a jaunt up some rather steep steps. Fortunately, at 73, I was able to negotiate them with relative ease. All things said, I would recommend this space to any one wanting a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
