The elevator provides easy access between all 3 levels of this home ensuring comfort for all guests. The open concept living space offers stunning marsh views, which is a perfect backdrop for family gatherings and cooking. The fully-equipped kitchen features plenty of cookware, including both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, blenders, and a large pantry stocked with essential staples. A beverage fridge is available for your drinks of choice.

Relax in the living room on a spacious sectional and swivel chairs, enjoy your favorite music with the Harman Kardon sound system, or binge-watch shows on the large Roku TV with the fireplace which can be used with or without heat for extra ambiance. For added fun, explore the selection of games and puzzles, or browse the collection of books for all ages. Plus, a child safety gate at the top of the stairs keeps the little ones safe.
The main dining table comfortably seats 9, with additional seating at the kitchen island (4) and a bar with 2 stools. Outdoor dining on the front balcony (seats 4) allows you to enjoy the ocean breeze, or relax on the large outdoor couch overlooking the marsh. The lower covered balcony has rocking chairs for a perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors.

All bedrooms feature removable pillow toppers to suit every preference. Every room includes a Roku TV with YouTube TV for local channels and streaming access (log in to your Hulu, Netflix, etc.).
All bedrooms have room darkening blinds for a better night’s sleep and a portable sound machine in the arcade room. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, along with a pac-n-play for little ones.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower located by the spacious garage, which is stocked with beach supplies. The garage also features a gas grill with extra propane, plus a basketball arcade and putting mat for fun. There’s parking for 4 vehicles (2 in the garage, 2 outside). We’ve got you covered with beach essentials: beach chairs, towels, wagons, sand toys, crab nets, boogie boards, fishing rods, spike ball, and more. Coolers and a beach tent are available to keep you comfortable during your beach days. Corn hole and large foldable tables are also provided in the garage.

We provide starter supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are stocked in all bathrooms, and hairdryers are provided in each. The pantry is stocked with coffee, teas, spices, oils, and baking essentials.
