We loved our stay! Our Hosts were awesome to communicate with and the house had tons of amenities; sheets, towels, coffee pods, starter supplies for everything needed, shampoos and soaps, beach chairs, etc. We loved the location and we would definitely rent this again! We may make it our annual girls beach retreat location!

We had a great stay! The house was immaculately clean, the kitchen was stocked better than any rental I’ve stayed in, and proximity to the beach was unmatched. The only negative for our family was the space - with 3 couples and 3 very small children and we were quite cramped. We had a hard time keeping the little ones asleep without hearing the others (if one woke in the night). That is not anything the host could improve upon but just a note for other families to consider! Overall, a really wonderful property!

We were here for a work trip, the house was very clean and the beds slept great. We all enjoyed the morning view of the ocean and appreciated how close walking was to the pier and restaurant for late night dining. Oceanfront Perfection. One of the best, if not THE BEST beach rentals I’ve stayed in. Loved everything about this home from the amenities offered to the location. The face that each bedroom had its own private bathroom was such a bonus. I could go on and on about how awesome this house is, but my suggestion would be for you to book it and find out for yourself!! Chris is an amazing host!!

This is an amazing rental!!! The host is very communicative and responsive. The home has everything you need plus more. It was very clean and exactly what is listed. It was the perfect getaway and we watched the dolphins swim by from the beautiful deck. All you need is to unpack and relax.

The house was very nice, clean, and in a great location. The host graciously provided plenty of chairs and other items for the beach which were all in good shape. The house itself was very nice and modern. A perfect spot for a family vacation.

We loved how well stocked the house was with every imaginable item from kitchen supplies to night lights in the bathrooms to extra blankets to the most comfortable King bed and the incredible views from the property. We had a wonderful stay at this Oak Island vacation home! The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was such a nice convenience, especially for a group stay. Amazing house! Had everything we needed. Fantastic location to the beach, included all the chairs and umbrellas we needed for seven of us to spend several days on the beach. Loved all of the deck furniture for our coffee time out on the porch. My 21 year old kids, myself and my 75 year old parents all had a marvelous time. They have truly thought of everything!!!!! Five separate bathrooms were so nice to be able to get ready at night and the book of island information was phenomenal too. We were newcomers but I hope that we get back here to stay again! Love love loved it!! Can’t recommend the host and his home enough!

Amazing Property!

Location was convenient, beach & pier view was great. Our group loved having individual bathrooms in each of the 5 bedrooms. Plenty of space for us to enjoy dinner. Kitchen was stocked with about any appliance you would need including Belgian waffle maker! Would highly recommend this property & several of us looking forward to repeat visit with family in the summer.

Perfect OKI property!

Our family (4 adults and 2 children) had a perfect stay in this ocean front gem! The location was outstanding and the amenities were fantastic as well. The kitchen in particular was so well stocked and organized - we were able to cook several meals at home which is extremely convenient with young children. Communication was great and owners are attentive and responsive. Will definitely stay again next year! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This house was clean and beautifully decorated. It is particularly well suited for families traveling with small children, as many of the baby/toddler items you might need to bring are provided(pack and play crib, booster seats, beach toys, toddler kitchen utensils ). The kitchen was modern, clean and well outfitted. The living room area is slightly tight (really only accommodates 6), but the bedrooms more than make up for it - 5 bedrooms, each with a private modern bathroom and a noise machine to ensure a good night’s sleep! The beach views from the deck are beautiful and provide direct access to your private path down to the beach. Communication with the thoughtful private owner was easy, prompt and courteous. Truly a great place to spend your vacation time!

Wonderful visit, wonderful house.

The house was exactly as described, if not nicer. Comfortable furniture and beds, and each bedroom had its own bath. Chris was great about sending details and instructions for the house prior to checkin. I've been renting vacation homes for a long time, and this was by far the most well-stocked house I've visited, from the kitchen tools and appliances to the nice beach chairs. This will be at the top of the list when going back to Oak Island.
