Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove bedding and place sheets/duvets on each bed Put all used towels in the shower or tub
Empty trash cans and place trash in the black bin out back Double-check for personal items Make sure all lights are turned off
Set the AC to 75°F. Lock all doors & gate locks (do not lock doorknob lock)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We were in town for a wedding and we had a great time during our stay. The property was very quaint, comfortable, and cozy. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was very clean and very pet friendly. The host provided water bowls, pet beds, and throws for the furniture. The fenced in back yard was welcome treat for our furry friends.Great location that is within easy driving distance to restaurants, beach’s, and Destin attractions. Property has plenty of parking. Haley was a terrific host and made the entire process as simple as possible. We would gladly stay here again if we are back in the area.
