Nestled in a comfortable neighborhood, this cozy and well-appointed home offers a perfect retreat for your stay. With three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a open living space, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in a breeze, while the private backyard provides a fun outdoor space. Conveniently located near local attractions, the military bases, shops, and restaurants, our rental is the ideal choice for your next getaway. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, you'll feel right at home in this inviting space.
You will love the location. We are close to shopping, Eglin /Hurlburt AFB, and the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center. Our guests come for sports tournaments, fishing, TDYs and great vacations. Whatever the reason, we are sure your family we feel at home at this pet free, smoke free property. (Owners are not on site and use a doorbell camera and motion detection camera on back porch as part of security when unoccupied.)

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at Christian's property in Fort Walton Beach! We were in town for my son's 9U PG baseball tournament at Preston Hood Athletic Complex, and the location could not have been more convenient—just a 4-minute drive to the ball fields.The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Christian was an excellent host, responding quickly to any questions and making the entire process smooth and stress-free.If you're visiting the area, especially for baseball tournaments, I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips!

We chose this house solely based on the living space, because we needed to cook meals and have space to lounge and visit. We Vrbo a lot and have been repeatedly let down at insufficient seating, dishes, etc. despite listing promises to accommodate a certain number of people. This house was spacious and comfortable! The dishes were spotless and ample, and the house was extremely well-appointed! One huge bonus we loved about the location is that while it is close to everything, it is tucked away from the hubbub and sea of people. We were there Memorial Day weekend and REALLY appreciated that! Also, the jets in the master bathtub was a blessing to aching muscles after our 14 hour drive.

Best stay for the beach

This property was a perfect location in a decent neighborhood (it's own little cult de sac). The communication with the owner was wonderful and the property was CLEAN. We loved the amenities and attention to detail (board games, laundry facility, makeup remover wipes). We will definitely rent again!

Older Siblings and Mom

This is the 4th time we have stayed here in a year and it’s perfect for us. Me (68), my sister (66), our brother (70), and our mom (96). We have more than enough room. We go there to visit our cousins and there’s room for them to come visit there! I’m sure we’ll be back there again!

Family beach trip with friends

We visited for 4th of July weekend 2024 and absolutely annoyed our stay! Our two families have two 3 year olds and it was so much more comfortable staying in a house (and not two separate rooms). Everything was exactly as described and all amenities were just what we needed. Highly recommend!!

This wasn’t the worst but NOT the best. The neighborhood was awful. There was a literal chicken crossing the road and the tenant across the street was moving out the entire stay. The yard grass was NOT cut and was extremely small. The Master-bedroom Sleep Number bed was not comfortable and the room was very hot at night. I suggest bringing a box fan. No TVs in two guest rooms. It took us a minimum of 40 minutes each way to get to Destin restaurants and attractions, due to traffic.On a positive note, the inside looks exactly like the photos and was clean. I would recommend this rental if you just need a place to lay your head and will only be frequenting the Fort Walton area. This place is made for a single family, in our opinion. This is not the type of rental I would expect on the VRBO platform. We will not rent this property again but wish the owners the best of luck.

Wonderful!!

This was my family’s first vacation in a vacation home and it was amazing. The location is close to everything. The property manager was very responsive the entire stay. My fiancé and 6 children was very comfortable and enough space for everyone. Beds were comfortable in all 3 rooms. The backyard was great for the kiddos as well bc it was a private fenced in backyard. Overall a great experience… We will be staying here our next trip.

Family friendly and clean!

The house was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Stocked with toiletries and towels. Washer and dryer were inside the clean garage and accessible from inside. Had child safety caps on outlets. Hosts were very responsive and nice!

Great experience!

First of all the host, Christina, was VERY welcoming! She sent me a welcome message right away. Christina was very helpful for any local amenities and was available for any questions. There were 4 of us and the house was very clean and the perfect size. Everything you needed, and a few extras, was there and available. I would 100% recommend!

Great Place! Clean! Amenities! Location, Location!!

This Family retreat was great for me and 3 of my retired military friends. We went pier fishing on Okaloosa Island and booked deep sea fishing trip. The first thing I noticed on this house was how clean and well equipped it was. We didn't want for anything, we had everything we needed. The location was great, probably two blocks from US HWY 98 (the Strip). The 3 bedrooms and bunk beds more than accommodated us far as sleeping arrangements. If you are looking for a place to stay, close to everything, this is the place. We Will Be Back!! thank you so much for the accommodations!!
