Our group enjoyed our stay at the property. Check in was smooth. Good overall experience. The listing say sleeps 10 but one of the upstairs bedrooms is oriented more for a couple children.

Our group of 4 was so pleased with the cleanliness and overall comfort of this home. The kitchen and bathrooms provided us with everything we needed, really quality materials. Bedrooms were very comfortable and nice-sized. The area of the deck and fire pit gave us plenty of room to relax outside with comfortable furniture at the edge of the lake. Both before our stay and during, our host, Searah, was easy to contact and quickly responsive to any questions we had. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better value for the quality we got!

Excellent place to stay stay for my group's rc racing weekend at Trackside Hobbies in Brookfield, WI. Nice close quiet property ... the house was warm and comfortable. The towels and bathroom were excellent. I would for sure stay and recommend this place to anyone. Take right on a nice little lake for summer retreats and if wanted for the adults, CJ bar is less than two minutes away for a beverage and some good food. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed!Todd Peifer

The downstairs was cute and had adequate seating. The entire upstairs contained very slanted ceilings, including the hallway, so you cannot stand up straight when you walk down the hall. This is probably fine for children but doesn't work so well for adults. Watch our for the ceilings in the bedrooms when you get up. The beds weren't that comfortable, and the bedroom windows didn't have blinds- just a loose curtain/covering, which doesn't block out the light. The bathrooms looked nice, but the water smelled very bad- like rotten eggs/sulfur. The owner came the second day and changed the water filter, which improved the smell but didn't get rid of it. We still brushed our teeth with bottled water the entire time. We received a message on the second day asking us to not shower or use much water because the septic tank needed to be pumped. This was scheduled for the morning of our third day. We weren't at the house for a good part of the second day, but when we came back, we couldn't even flush the toilets due to the septic problems. Completely unacceptable- this is an issue that should have been taken care of before we checked in. We received a little money back, but less than one night's stay. The view of the lake is very pretty, but the pier/dock is rickety and in need of repair. Due to this, we didn't use the paddle boats or canoes. This property has some nice elements, but it is overpriced for what you get, and some of the issues should have been disclosed ahead of time.

We traveled to Wisconsin for my grandson’s graduation and stayed 3 nights. The cabin was so cute from the street. The inside was clean and well stocked with many amenities. There was plenty of room to relax and a fully stocked kitchen…we made bread while there! Beds were so comfortable and bedrooms well decorated. There are two bathrooms that appeared to be recently updated, very nice. We enjoyed a day on the deck while my grandkids used the paddle boat and kayaks. There is no swimming area but, we didn’t want to be in the water. Although we didn’t use it, there is a nice fire pit. And it is a total plus that we could take my dog. I appreciated the communication with the owner finding her very kind and accommodating. If you want a comfortable get away weekend, I highly recommend.

Very nice decor and kitchen with K-cup maker and cups. Love the back deck seating. View from master bedroom very peaceful. Had a wonderful time for girls weekend! Extra parking just 1/2 block down the quiet road.
