***** LONG STAYS INFO:

We do provide a starter kit for each unit with toiletries, toilet paper, paper towel, dish washer, detergent, etc... It will last you for 3 or 4 days, after that, how this unit is self-catered, you have to buy your own supply in the supermarket or request on your grocery delivery of preference.

Guest access
Is important that the guest who is booking, must be 21 years or older and present a ID that matches the name on your VRBO account .

For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars .

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Resort will require a deposit for incidentals or damages at check-in. You can use a credit or debit card , the deposit is U$115 per apartment. This is a preauthorization, not charged and released at check-out if not needed. Credit cards usually are refund in 2-3 days, while debit cards can take longer. Please contact your financial institution for more details.

(WAIVED)RESORT FEE: The amount of $29 + tax will be charged per night of your stay ( it is not per person ) this amount will cover Wi-Fi and other amenities. This amount is NOT included in your VRBO price.


PLEASE CHECK OUR CANCELATION POLICY. Always is smart to buy a travel cancelation insurance, this way you always can have full refund in case you cancel.

**Once the reservation is confirmed, it is NOT possible to change dates and for changing names there will be a fee of €50.

1. Name changes may be accepted up to 7 (seven) days before check-in. Note that on some special and promotional dates the name change is not accepted.

2. Each name change has an additional rate of € 50.
