2 Bedrooms with Queen size bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Full-size kitchen with all the equipment you need.

450 sq foot PRIVATE deck overlooking Ocean Blvd, the Atlantic Ocean and the Boardwalk.

Within walking distance of many attractions (1-4 blocks) including the Boardwalk, Sky Wheel, Family Kingdom, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and of course the Atlantic Ocean.

Netflix is included, smart-TVs in all rooms!

Beautiful, homey, and clean single private unit above a retail store. (Stairs are required to reach the unit, ~20 stairs) There is no one on the balcony next to you!

Minimum 5 nights during summer months

House towels may not be taken to the beach. If you need towels go buy them from the Red Hot Shoppe downstairs for $5.99. Otherwise $10 fee.

Smoking prohibited unless in on outside deck. If smoking inside is discovered you will incur $300 fee.

Was very nice an clean. Was perfect for us. Just walk across the road to the beach an plenty other attractions an shops in walking distance. An free parking is of course always nice. Host wa always nice trying to answer any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The deck was our favorite part even though the view was not as pictured. There is now a building blocking most of the ocean view. The street view can be entertaining though. Unit was clean, we had everything we needed. Check in was extremely easy, host was pleasant. Would definitely stay there again..

Apartment was in a great location! Walking distance to a lot of attractions. Also, very close to the beach. The parking space was an added bonus! Apartment was clean and comfortable. I do agree with the other review, the lights shine in the window at night, may want a sleep mask.

Awesome location!

The home is very clean and cozy. Everything you could ever want to do at Myrtle Beach is within walking distance or a short Uber drive. The only recommendation I have is to put up light and noise blocking curtains in both the bedrooms. The street lamps and traffic made it very hard to get a good nights sleep.

Very nice accommodations, but very sparce on the amenities. Coffee maker didn't work and WIFI never worked , even after we told the owner it wasn't working on our first day. No blender. Would rent again!

Nice condo but not as advertised with location and view

Condo was very nice. The pictures of the views from balcony is outdated. A new condo is built blocking a lot of the ocean view seen on the picture. And lastly the location says boardwalk and it’s one street over where all vehicles go through town.

Surprised But Safe

This property was clean and quaint but the pictures were slightly deceiving online in that we were not on the beach and could not see the beach from the deck unless we leaned over to the right as there was a new hotel/structure being built directly in front of the property. If you are seniors please be prepared to walk up 3 sets of stairs and take your time. Aside from that, we made the best of a surprising situation and felt safe while there.
