This is an awesome place to stay, the views are amazing, and the place is so comfortable and beautiful. Loved sitting on the swing under the covered patio. The waterfall brings a relaxing sound and the hummingbirds were cool. The dogs Hazel and Rita were an enjoyment too!The host Lisa and Darrell have done an excellent job with this place and welcoming their guest.

This is a gem of a spot. It was advertised to sleep 3, and it does perfectly. The view is amazing! The comfort is incredible. The setting is amazingly private. We'll be back!!!

Amazing property with a great view. Very close to see anything you want in Manitou springs or Colorado Springs. Hosts are very friendly with the best behaved dogs.

This was the perfect property for what we were wanting- views, comfort, and relaxation. This property is conveniently located near so many things to do. Or you can enjoy the patio and relax- which we did a lot. I would 10/10 recommend and plan to make this our go-to spot when we return. The puppies are adorable, but never a bother. The hosts are kind and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to refresh my soul and get some much needed relaxation.

Lisa and Darrell were amazing!! Checking in, so easy, very respectful of us, so very appreciated! Their home and yard / surroundings are absolutely beautiful! The cleanliness, impeccable! Oh and having a bag of ice ready for us and a jug of water, they missed nothing!! I would gladly stay with them again, they are truly OUTSTANDING HOSTS!!

This place is fantastic. Lisa and Darrell have been very thoughtful in setting this place up for their guests. They were easy to communicate with during our stay and offered ideas on what to do and see while we were here.The pictures on the site are great, however they do not do this place justice- you have to see for yourself. The check-in process was very easy. The accommodations are well kept and the hosts have been very thoughtful in making this place feel cozy and high end. My wife and I truly enjoyed sitting on the couch swing for hours watching the beauty that is red rock canyon and Colorado Springs. The proximity to what Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs is great as well. Overall this is one of the best stays and experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend this place and we would come back if ever in the area again.

This was hands down one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had! The space was clean and well thought out with all the amenities you could need. The outdoor area is beyond compare! The Pictures do not do it justice. We spent almost all of the time we were there outside enjoying the view and the sound of the water feature. Watching the sunrise from the swinging bench was a highlight of our trip. Location was great with easy access to both Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Also bonus points for the dog welcoming committee. Lisa was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Overall, we were very happy with the entire experience. The only mishap was one day. I think the owner left one of the dogs at home and it barked early morning. The owner was very apologetic and took care of us so we would highly recommend. The only other thing that I didn’t realize when I booked was that we were actually on the lower level of a house somebody was living in. That’s probably my fault for not noticing but all in all everything was great. The scenery was unbelievable.

The property was nice and clean and had fantastic views from the patio, with a really nice swing. The 2nd bedroom is a hideaway bed. The kitchen facilities consist of a dry bar, small fridge and microwave so plan on eating out most of the time. The hosts are on site along with their dogs so occasional encounters with them are likely. All in all, a quaint little spot to stay with a porch you can hang out on and enjoy the Colorado air.

We had a wonderful time. The space was as beautiful as advertised. Lisa communicated with us the week of our stay and had every thing we needed to know in a binder when we arrived. The morning of our departure she sent a text reiterating all of the check out procedures which was nice that we didn’t have to pull the book out and make sure we knew what we needed to do. Her attention to detail is as good as we’ve ever had. We would and will recommend this place to our family and friends. As we told Darrell we will stay here again if we are ever back in this area! Thanks, again, Lisa and Darrell.

This place was easy to find thanks to clear directions from the host, and it's tucked into a quiet, peaceful neighborhood — perfect for relaxing. The view off the deck was an absolute highlight; we spent a lot of time out there just taking it in.The unit itself was very clean and the decor was tasteful and welcoming, which made it feel like a real home away from home. Overall it was a very comfortable place to stay, and we slept well and felt right at ease the whole trip.One thing to note for future guests: the kitchen setup is minimal — there's a small fridge but no full kitchen, so plan on eating out or bringing simple, no-cook meals if that matters to you. It didn't ruin our stay, just something to be aware of ahead of time.All in all, we'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet spot with a great view.

This 2 bed, 1 bath lower portion of the home was just what the doctor ordered. Stunning view in the morning for sunrise, corgi/doggo therapy all day whenever we would walkout to our car, and the lower level of the house was truly Zen. My wife loved sitting outside listening to the manmade waterfall on the property. The hosts were quite communicative and quick with their communication whenever we had a question. But all in all, the property just beautiful. Only a quick 2-minute drive down the hill to Manitou Springs, and an 8-minute drive to the Garden of the Gods. If we are ever back out that way, we will be stopping by again. Thank you so much!Jon/Sarah

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was a great place to stay with fantastic views overlooking RedRocks and Colorado Springs was fantastic. The little touches really went a long way. We would definitely stay again.
