Located on the 16th floor, the unit faces the ocean and Heritage Park, offering beautiful ocean and green park views from all windows and the private balcony. The apartment is airy, sun-filled, and designed for comfort and relaxation. The residence features a fully equipped kitchen ideal for home cooking, including a full-size refrigerator with freezer, a mini fridges, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, microwave, blender, cookware and utensils. The living area includes a dining table for four plus two additional chairs. two leather reclining sofas with coffee table and a large flat-screen TV. Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom with crib and flat screen TV, and a second bedroom with two twin beds, two floor mattresses, TV, and a smaller refrigerator. Two full bathrooms are provided—one with a bathtub and toilet and sink and one with a walk-in shower and toilet and sink. Towels, linens, and basic toiletries are included. The unit overlooks Heritage Park, located directly downstairs, featuring a running track, exercise equipment, playground, and an outdoor stage where the city hosts events and free live music. A multi-level parking garage is conveniently located next to the park. The full-service building offers 24-hour concierge and security, free covered parking for one car, valet parking for additional vehicles, a large pool, gym, BBQ area, tennis court, mini-market, coffee shop, hair salon, and indoor/outdoor social areas. Evenings here are full of fun too, with live music and great spots to unwind. Sunny Isles is known as Florida’s Riviera—an upscale beach town that perfectly blends relaxation and entertainment

My property is bright, spacious, and feels like a true home away from home. It offers stunning views of the ocean and the park and is within walking distance to the beach, dining, and shopping. Perfect for large families, it features a balcony, pool, game room, and plenty of space to relax. The community amenities are fantastic—foozball, tennis, football, pools with lounge chairs, a restaurant, café, hairdresser, and more—everything you need in one safe, central location.
