Property has been featured in Wallpaper Magazine and on Modernism week tours. This historically designated class 1 property is available for rent for the first time ever. Features Fisher & Paykel appliances and luxe furnishing (Camaleonda sofa, original Paul Mc Cobb designed furniture and Herman Miller bed). Included with your stay is a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware, glasses and utensils you need to make a gourmet meal. Fresh linens, towels, GROWN ALCHEMIST products and more. The private gated community features a 9ft. deep pool and luxury spa fully rebuilt in 2022.
