Sliding Doors open from each bedroom to a large covered patio leading to the refreshing saltwater swimming pool & spa. This large fully private backyard has been beautifully planted in desertscape, mixed with plenty of color, and many palm trees for a resort like feel. Full sunshine at the pool throughout the day, as well as spectacular views of the San Jacinto mountains.

Why Chris Cundari chose Palm Springs
We fell in love with this neighborhood many years ago when looking for a 'second home' to purchase in Palm Springs. We purchased this home from the original owners, who are now deceased, and then proceeded to update the entire home and property. We have spent many weekends here at this house over the years and have many wonderful, fond memories.
What makes this House unique
This home sits on a quiet culdesac and is on a large, long lot. The homes on either side of our home are at a distance, which allows a lot of privacy. Our pool/spa are located on the side of the lot, which allows for direct access from both bedrooms via a glass sliding door. We designed one side of the pool deck along with the location of the spa to have great mountain views. We have landscaped the property with rocks, gravel, succulants, palm trees, mixed in with various color. This allows for a tropical, yet warm desert feel. We get quite a lot of compliments on how comfortable our back yard is to be in. We just recently re-tiled our pool with 1x1 blue & white tiles, which added a contemporary look to the pool. We absolutely loved this house! Chris is an excellent host and left very clear instructions in a detailed binder. We found the house to be immaculate, very organized, stocked with essentials and easy to get around. The house is located very close to a plaza with grocery markets and restaurants. We had a great time in Palm Springs and will definitely recommend this place to any of our family/friends. The swimming pool and hot tub were just perfect! Great place to stay!
We had a great time in Palm Springs. This home is in a perfect location, absolutely spotless with all of the amenities you could imagine! The pool and spa were perfect to come home to after a day on the course or sightseeing. Chris is a very good host and all instructions were easy to follow. It was our first time in Palm Springs and would definitely stay here again. Already planning our next trip!
A desert oasis petite paradise
Clean, full of light, lovely gardens and a perfectly maintained pool and hot tub. The owners of this property have taken great care with it. Everything was in perfect order. Both bedrooms open out onto a generous patio. Pool and jacuzzi look out onto San Jacinto Peak that rises over Palm Springs (even better than in the photos). Bathrooms, kitchen, grill, patios and garbage area (I didn't even step into the laundry room) were spotless. I would stay here on subsequent visits to the area. A $6-11 Uber ride to most central locations in PSP and ridiculously close to the airport. A no-brainer.

Well designed and decorated home with everything you need. Thanks for stocking spices and basic supplies. Kitchen has full range of dishes, utensils, etc which saved us washing except one dishwasher load. Both bedrooms opening to pool area is great as didn't have to disturb other bedroom to get out and enjoy. Several areas to enjoy dining and grill for dinner. Thanks, Chris. Quiet and peaceful.

Very comfortable house and nice quiet neighborhood. I have stayed here a couple of times and have loved it. Chris, the owner is very responsive when you have questions and very professional. Love this place!
