Njut av utsikt över bergen från den privata trädgården medan du slappnar av i eller runt poolen. Home ligger på ett stort privat parti i en lugn cul-de-sac, bara några minuter från golfbanor, kasinon, shopping, restauranger och nattliv.

Hela huset har ombyggts. Förbered måltiderna i ett fullt utrustat kök med granitbänkar och rostfria apparater. Porslin kakel har placerats i hela huset. Njut av servert av travertin i vart och ett av de två badrummen. Varje sovrum är smakfullt inredda med egen plattskärms-kabel-TV och takfläkt. WiFi-service ingår.

Skjutdörren öppnas från köket / matsalen direkt till en uteplats med en rostfri naturgasgrill - det perfekta stället för utomhusmåltider eller bara koppla av och njuta av panoramautsikten över bergen.

Skjutdörrar öppnar från varje sovrum till en stor täckt uteplats som leder till den uppfriskande saltvattenspoolen och spa. Denna stora helt privata trädgård har vackert planterats i ökenlandskap, blandad med massor av färg och många palmer för en semesterort. Fullt solsken vid poolen hela dagen, samt spektakulär utsikt över San Jacinto-bergen.

This is our 4th year staying here. Its just perfect, central to our golf courses and restaurants, very spacious for a two bedroom. Great place! Well stocked kitchen, nice grill, comfy beds. The pool was the star of the show though, the saltwater was so much more refreshing than traditional chlorine!

Nice house. Appreciated the fact that both bedrooms opened out to the patio and the pool. We spent most of our vacation in and around the saltwater pool with a few trips to a conveniently located Albertsons.

Just perfect

Well kept, clean home with all you need for a lovely stay in the Palm Springs area. This particular location is windier and closer to the airport than previous homes I’ve stayed in but with the warm temps the wind was actually a good thing! You can hear planes but it’s not a busy airport and you quickly get used to it. There was nice shade to escape to if you need and the outdoor space is perfect for two people. I would stay again without hesitation.

Weekend getaway

This was a really nice home. Chris was super accommodating and communicative. It was just bitter sweet, because we had to return our puppy back to the Guide Dogs of the Desert. So he could move onto his final training. The backyard pool was very quiet and a nice place to relax. Will definitely consider again. In the future.

Beautiful pool area

The pool area is definitely the star of this property. Guests should be aware that both bathrooms have sunken tubs that can be hard to step in and out of. Very nice outdoor lighting. Overall, a nice property.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality items and appliances. The pool and spa were refreshing and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this rental and would be happy to return if I’m in Palm Springs again. Please note that a vehicle is a necessity.

The highlight for us was the fabulous back patio and pool. It felt private and protected. Home was exactly as described and felt like home as soon as we walked in the door. Everything was outlined in the "house binder" made life simple. Hopefully we will be back! Host was attentive and responsive.

We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived rather late and didn’t feel like going out and were pleasantly surprised to find a stocked wine cooler which we helped ourselves to….messaged Chris the next day to see about any charge for the wine and he said no, that is was leftovers and we were welcome to it! Nice touch and we did leave a replacement bottle but Chris had said that wasn’t necessary. My wife spent a lot of time in the saltwater pool a jacuzzi and enjoyed the great assortment of desert plants, cacti etc…really nice landscaping. We also enjoyed the mountains view, especially the sunsets. I used the big BBQ most evenings. All in all very well appointed. We’ll be back!

Peaceful, relaxing getaway

Nice neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. Pool and spa were perfect for cooling off from the heat and just relaxing. Accommodations were great, everything we needed was available. Nice master bedroom with wonderful shower. Loved the room darkening shades. Property not far from food, shops, downtown. Enjoyed our stay!

We live and work in San Diego, but enjoy spending weekends in Palm Springs with family and friends.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We fell in love with this neighborhood many years ago when looking for a 'second home' to purchase in Palm Springs. We purchased this home from the original owners, who are now deceased, and then proceeded to update the entire home and property. We have spent many weekends here at this house over the years and have many wonderful, fond memories.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This home sits on a quiet culdesac and is on a large, long lot. The homes on either side of our home are at a distance, which allows a lot of privacy. Our pool/spa are located on the side of the lot, which allows for direct access from both bedrooms via a glass sliding door. We designed one side of the pool deck along with the location of the spa to have great mountain views. We have landscaped the property with rocks, gravel, succulants, palm trees, mixed in with various color. This allows for a tropical, yet warm desert feel. We get quite a lot of compliments on how comfortable our back yard is to be in.
