Welcome to your own Moroccan-inspired pool villa. This 2800 Sq.Ft. home features private pool and spa as well as lovely gardens. Enjoy the Jacuzzi, pool and sunny pool deck. Chase lounges as well as outside seating is provided on the pool deck.
Each of the 3 bedrooms have en suite baths and each is located in a separate area of the house providing great privacy. All baths were remodeled in Carrera Marble and Morroccan tile. In addition to the 3 bedrooms with en-suite baths there is a den with a 4th bed and private bath which can be used for a child under 12 years of age. The family room as well as most bedrooms have new flat screen TVs. As you can see from the photos this property offers everything needed for a friends or family retreat.

We had fantastic stay at this property. It was immaculately clean, thoughtfully stocked, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, and Bob, our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would not hesitate to book again!

Everything is first-rate! The landscaping is beautiful front, sides, and back. Great views of mountains and of palms on the property as well as in the surrounding neighborhood. House interior is tastefully decorated and spotless. Great communication.

Another wonderful, relaxing stay! This property continues to be well maintained, quiet and the perfect getaway. Check in and check out is easy and once the gate closes you are in your own oasis. If you are looking for somewhere to get away and close out the rest of the world this will fill all of your needs! We will return!

The house is ideal for a getaway! Starting with off-street carport parking and a gated lot to the fully stocked kitchen and beautiful pool/spa and back yard, it has everything you need! The interior is colorful and very clean with a floor plan perfect for guest privacy with none of the bedrooms adjacent to one another. The a/c work great and the temp is set just right. Two small suggestions are that 1) each bedroom have a tv with Roku or some sort of access to streaming and 2) a couple of umbrellas and floating devices be added to the pool area. We loved it!

Hi Scott, We are sl glad that you enjoyed your stay and thanks so much for your imput. For years we had tried to maintain Umbrellas on the pool deck but the problem was the wind, which can come suddenly and distroy them in a flash. We also offered floats but with sun tan oil they became dirty and not appealing very quickly. Thaks again, All the best, Thom

Perfect

A perfect week's stay in Palm Springs at this house for the second time. The location, the house, the pool, all was top of the line. Everything in the house worked well and Bob is very communicative (we did not need his help with anything since everything worked as expected). We love this house and will be back again in a year.

Awesome house and location

We spent a month at this house and absolutely loved it. The history of the house is very cool, the layout is great, it was stocked with everything we needed, the pool was awesome and we loved the neighbourhood. We could have easily stayed another month!

Casual, airy atmosphere

Three adult couples from Central Oregon needed HOT SUN and we got it! Our stay was lovely. The home is relaxed, we felt very comfortable, the pool & jetted area was amazing, and the neighborhood was quiet. Thank you!!

In addition there is great value when you compare the cost of a house to that of several hotel rooms. That is the "Whole House Experience"
The pool and spa can be heated at the request of the renter. Please advise us if you wish the pool heated. The pool heat fee is $35 and is billed thru VRBO. Enjoy!
