Velkommen til din egen marokkansk-inspireret pool villa. Denne meget private 3000 Sq. Ft. Hjemmet har privat pool og dejlige haver. Hertil kommer, at jacuzzi, pool og pool dæk nyde solen næsten hele dagen lang. 6 chase lounges samt udenfor siddepladser er fastsat på pool dækket.
Hver af de 3 soveværelser har eget bad og hver ligger i sit eget område af huset. Dette skaber stor adskillelse af rummet. I 2016 badene blev ombygget i Carrera marmor. Ud over de 3 soveværelser og 3 en-suite bade er der en hule med et 4. bad, der kan fungere som et nyt semi privat soveværelse til yderligere 2 personer, hvis under 12 år. Familien værelse samt de fleste værelser har nye fladskærms-tv. Som du kan se fra billederne, tilbyder denne ejendom alt, hvad der behøves for en familie eller venner.

Our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs. Well furnished, equipped and maintained; enticingly decorated; and situated in a pleasant quiet neighborhood. Hosts/managers are responsive and accommodating. A great place to stay.

Another wonderful, relaxing stay! This property continues to be well maintained, quiet and the perfect getaway. Check in and check out is easy and once the gate closes you are in your own oasis. If you are looking for somewhere to get away and close out the rest of the world this will fill all of your needs! We will return!

We felt at home the instant we arrived. We have not stayed in a vaca rental that is this well equipped! Plenty of towels, kitchen items, games, candles.... I could go on. All rooms are comfortable and have great bathrooms. I brought my dog and he loved the place right away. The neighborhood. We love this neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and take a walk at night. It's magical. The houses are lit up to accentuate the architecture and grounds. Old school MCM Palm Springs.It's really nothing short of fantastic. I don't know how many times I said "oh wow!!". Bottom line, we had a fantastic 5 day stay and could have easily stayed longer. Love this place!

Perfect

A perfect week's stay in Palm Springs at this house for the second time. The location, the house, the pool, all was top of the line. Everything in the house worked well and Bob is very communicative (we did not need his help with anything since everything worked as expected). We love this house and will be back again in a year.

Sublime stay in Palm Springs

A unique Moroccan theme property with 4 bedrooms each with bathroom, terrific pool and patio, delightful movie posters. Close to Smoke Tree shopping center.

Best Stay ever! Immediately rebooked!

I simply can’t say enough positives about this beautiful, relaxing property! From the start, Bob was very welcoming and explained everything in detail - much appreciated! The home is beyond expectations, clean and comfortable! Everything you could possibly need is available to you. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood provided for a good night’s sleep. In addition, a master shower that is so wonderful it’s almost difficult to get out! While we only really occupied 1/3 of the house, it would definitely be worthy for a group of 6. The outdoor area was well manicured and the sparkling clean pool/hot tub was most inviting. As for location, anything you desire is a short drive from the home. The PS tram was well worth the trip for anyone wondering. We simply can’t count the days until we can return. Thanks so much for the most relaxing, wonderful “check out” vacation/stay I’ve ever had!

Awesome house and location

We spent a month at this house and absolutely loved it. The history of the house is very cool, the layout is great, it was stocked with everything we needed, the pool was awesome and we loved the neighbourhood. We could have easily stayed another month!

Fabulous 60th Birthday

Thank you for a wonderful time at your incredible home. Bob was fabulous for our check-in and provided so much historical information about the home. We stayed at the house most of the time and enjoyed the outdoor space by the pool and took advantage of the spacious kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful house

We had the best time at Albert and Thom's. The house was spacious, the pool and hot tub worked perfectly, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The neighborhood was pretty and walkable. We wish we had stayed a week rather than three days.

Very Relaxing

This house is wonderful. It accommodates 3 couples very well and has everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. Hope to make it back again. Bob shared all the necessary information and some very interesting facts about the property as well.

Amazing house

This is such a great house— we thought it was even nicer than it looks in the pictures. It has a lot of character, and it’s nice that all the bedrooms are pretty far from one another, so we could spread out. We were able to get the pool heated for a pretty modest per-day rate, since the previous guests had also opted to heat the pool, and so we enjoyed swimming in the ~88 degree water on 60 degree days. Very well located.

Gorgeous, well appointed, and comfortable property.

Although I said the property description is correct, it really isn't because the place is much better than it looks and it looks fabulous. The house and grounds are top notch. The manager communication was great and he was very accommodating. Last, but not least, the beds were the most comfortable we have ever had in a VRBO rental. Highly recommend this place, though I hope it doesn't get so popular we can't get it again when we next visit PS.

Beautiful place!

Very quiet location yet still close to places to go to. I love how secluded the bedrooms are. We stayed with another couple and we each had one side of the house. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to cook with. It was a very relaxing place to stay at. The beds could use updated mattresses but were fine. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay at. Very comfortable with lots of extras! I would stay here again:)

Beautiful property!

Gorgeous home with a lot of space and plenty of amenities! The property manager, Bob, was very easy to communicate with and also accommodated a late checkout / earlier checkin. We met with Bob at the property to retrieve the keys and get a rundown of the home rules. Our group made great use of the pool + hot tub, which were equipped with plenty of extra towels and floaties. The only downside to the neighborhood was the very strict noise ordinance (no speaking allowed outside after 10pm, no music allowed outside at any hour). Otherwise, we had an amazing stay. Thanks!

Great house and wonderful vacation!

This house was perfect for us and one other couple. We each had our master suite (house has 4 masters). Very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub alot. It was heated and very clean. House is in a quiet neighborhood that is very strict on noise so had to be very quiet all the time outside - which was fine for us, but would not be a good house to have kids or lots of loud adults. House was located close to everything we wanted to do. It was stocked very well which was nice. Property manager was very responsive and great to deal with. My only complaint would be the outside table & chairs were uncomfortable. Sat out there a lot and ate but couldn't sit for very long. We would stay there again. We loved it!!

30th Anniversary Vacation

We’ve just returned from a 3 wk stay at Thom’s beautiful home & if P Springs is on your radar, please take a look at this property. It is spacious, beautifully appointed and still crazy comfortable. The four en-suite bedrooms are spaced throughout the house for privacy ( in separate cooling zones). The long curved sofa is perfect for watching tv or seeing the pool through glass doors. The kitchen is so well-equipped you’ll miss nothing from home. We enjoyed eating at all the great places so close the the house but the best meals were the ones we made at “home”. Need to mention On The Mark gourmet market where we over shopped a few times. And finally, pool maintenance & landscapers came & left so quickly we never felt intruded upon. Thanks Thom & Bob for a great 3 weeks - Sharon & Chris

Gorgeous property! A perfect family vacation!

This beautiful Moroccan style home is located in a very nice historical neighborhood of Deepwell estates. We were welcomed by Bob, who kindly gave us a tour of this amazing property-- checking in and out was smooth and Bob was very accommodating. We learned that this home was once owned by a 1940-50's film actress, Marjorie Main. There are old movie posters hanging throughout the home and gives you the vibe of the Old Palms Springs charm. The home was immaculately clean and well maintained. We spent most of our time in the gorgeous backyard pool and jacuzzi. The location of the home is so close to downtown Palms Springs but we were perfectly happy just staying on the property, enjoying cooking, swimming and relaxing by the pool. We had such a wonderful and very memorable family vacation! Thank you Thom and Bob for everything. We would love to stay here again in the future!!

Amazing House, pool and garden area, Propery mgr was great! I will be back!

This house is amazing, great decorating style, feels like a home rather than a rental. The home flows naturally the minute you arrive, as you close the gates and walk into this Moroccan themed house. The living room/TV room is super comfortable for all guest for movie night or game night, sliding glass doors to the pool and garden area. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Master bed room is large with huge bathroom, double sinks, large waterfall shower. The other bedrooms all have own bathroom and are pvt and away from the other rooms, so very nice set up for multiple couples or families. the pool and spa is where we spend a lot of our time. I have rented other homes in PS and this one is at the top of the list and priced better than many of the others. The location is perfect, close to super markets, restaurants and downtown area. Super quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding, but loved spending time at the house. We will definitely be back and rent this property again. if you planing a couples weekend, friends or family, you wont find a better house at the price.

The unique experience is the " Whole House Experience" includes your own walled and gated villa which includes your private pool and spa, the ability to prepare meals and dine in rather that go out at every meal. In addition there is great value when you compare the cost of a house to that of several hotel rooms. That is the "Whole House Experience"
The pool and spa can be heated at the request of the renter. Please advise us if you wish the pool heated. The pool heat fee is $35 and is billed thru VRBO. Enjoy!
