Bienvenido a su propia villa de la piscina de inspiración marroquí. Esta muy privada 3000 cuadrados. Pie. casa cuenta con piscina privada y preciosos jardines. Además, el jacuzzi, la piscina y la terraza de la piscina disfrutan de sol casi todo el día. 6 salones de persecución, así como asientos al aire libre se proporciona en la cubierta de la piscina.
Cada uno de los 3 dormitorios tienen baños en suite y cada uno se encuentra en su propia área de la casa. Esto crea una gran separación del espacio. En 2016 los baños fueron remodelados en mármol de Carrara. Además de los 3 dormitorios y 3 baños en suite hay una sala de estar con un cuarto baño que puede funcionar como una cuarta habitación semi privada para un adicional de 2 personas si es menor de 12 años. La sala de estar, así como la mayoría de las habitaciones tienen nuevos televisores de pantalla plana. Como puede ver en las fotos, esta propiedad ofrece todo lo necesario para un retiro de amigos o familia.

The house is ideal for a getaway! Starting with off-street carport parking and a gated lot to the fully stocked kitchen and beautiful pool/spa and back yard, it has everything you need! The interior is colorful and very clean with a floor plan perfect for guest privacy with none of the bedrooms adjacent to one another. The a/c work great and the temp is set just right. Two small suggestions are that 1) each bedroom have a tv with Roku or some sort of access to streaming and 2) a couple of umbrellas and floating devices be added to the pool area. We loved it!

Everything is first-rate! The landscaping is beautiful front, sides, and back. Great views of mountains and of palms on the property as well as in the surrounding neighborhood. House interior is tastefully decorated and spotless. Great communication.

Our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs. Well furnished, equipped and maintained; enticingly decorated; and situated in a pleasant quiet neighborhood. Hosts/managers are responsive and accommodating. A great place to stay.

We felt at home the instant we arrived. We have not stayed in a vaca rental that is this well equipped! Plenty of towels, kitchen items, games, candles.... I could go on. All rooms are comfortable and have great bathrooms. I brought my dog and he loved the place right away. The neighborhood. We love this neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and take a walk at night. It's magical. The houses are lit up to accentuate the architecture and grounds. Old school MCM Palm Springs.It's really nothing short of fantastic. I don't know how many times I said "oh wow!!". Bottom line, we had a fantastic 5 day stay and could have easily stayed longer. Love this place!

The property is a photographers dream.
We brought a couple of floats for the pool but there were plenty of others already there.
Covered parking, which is nice. Cute side gate.

Another wonderful, relaxing stay! This property continues to be well maintained, quiet and the perfect getaway. Check in and check out is easy and once the gate closes you are in your own oasis. If you are looking for somewhere to get away and close out the rest of the world this will fill all of your needs! We will return!

Best Stay ever! Immediately rebooked!

I simply can’t say enough positives about this beautiful, relaxing property! From the start, Bob was very welcoming and explained everything in detail - much appreciated! The home is beyond expectations, clean and comfortable! Everything you could possibly need is available to you. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood provided for a good night’s sleep. In addition, a master shower that is so wonderful it’s almost difficult to get out! While we only really occupied 1/3 of the house, it would definitely be worthy for a group of 6. The outdoor area was well manicured and the sparkling clean pool/hot tub was most inviting. As for location, anything you desire is a short drive from the home. The PS tram was well worth the trip for anyone wondering. We simply can’t count the days until we can return. Thanks so much for the most relaxing, wonderful “check out” vacation/stay I’ve ever had!

A perfect week's stay in Palm Springs at this house for the second time. The location, the house, the pool, all was top of the line. Everything in the house worked well and Bob is very communicative (we did not need his help with anything since everything worked as expected). We love this house and will be back again in a year.

Great house and wonderful vacation!

This house was perfect for us and one other couple. We each had our master suite (house has 4 masters). Very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub alot. It was heated and very clean. House is in a quiet neighborhood that is very strict on noise so had to be very quiet all the time outside - which was fine for us, but would not be a good house to have kids or lots of loud adults. House was located close to everything we wanted to do. It was stocked very well which was nice. Property manager was very responsive and great to deal with. My only complaint would be the outside table & chairs were uncomfortable. Sat out there a lot and ate but couldn't sit for very long. We would stay there again. We loved it!!

Gorgeous, well appointed, and comfortable property.

Although I said the property description is correct, it really isn't because the place is much better than it looks and it looks fabulous. The house and grounds are top notch. The manager communication was great and he was very accommodating. Last, but not least, the beds were the most comfortable we have ever had in a VRBO rental. Highly recommend this place, though I hope it doesn't get so popular we can't get it again when we next visit PS.

30th Anniversary Vacation

We’ve just returned from a 3 wk stay at Thom’s beautiful home & if P Springs is on your radar, please take a look at this property. It is spacious, beautifully appointed and still crazy comfortable. The four en-suite bedrooms are spaced throughout the house for privacy ( in separate cooling zones). The long curved sofa is perfect for watching tv or seeing the pool through glass doors. The kitchen is so well-equipped you’ll miss nothing from home. We enjoyed eating at all the great places so close the the house but the best meals were the ones we made at “home”. Need to mention On The Mark gourmet market where we over shopped a few times. And finally, pool maintenance & landscapers came & left so quickly we never felt intruded upon. Thanks Thom & Bob for a great 3 weeks - Sharon & Chris

The unique experience is the " Whole House Experience" includes your own walled and gated villa which includes your private pool and spa, the ability to prepare meals and dine in rather that go out at every meal. In addition there is great value when you compare the cost of a house to that of several hotel rooms. That is the "Whole House Experience"
The pool and spa can be heated at the request of the renter. Please advise us if you wish the pool heated. The pool heat fee is $35 and is billed thru VRBO. Enjoy!
