Welcome to Heron Cottage, a laid-back Emerald Coast retreat hosted by Bonheur Vacations. This inviting home features beach-inspired décor, modern comforts, and thoughtful spaces designed for relaxing after a day on 30A. The open living area is perfect for gathering, while the fully stocked kitchen makes meals easy and enjoyable.

Step outside to enjoy three porches, each offering comfortable seating for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening meals. Fire up the charcoal grill for a casual BBQ and dine outdoors on the back porch. Sleeping accommodations include a private primary suite, a second king bedroom, a fun bunk room, and a queen sleeper sofa—providing plenty of space for families and groups.

ABOUT THE AREA
Heron Cottage offers the best of Grayton Beach living. You’re close to the Gulf, Western Lake for paddleboarding, and within walking distance of the famous Red Bar. Shopping and dining options abound in Grayton Beach, Seaside, and WaterColor, along with seasonal farmers markets in both WaterColor and Seaside.

Guests also enjoy access to a community pool located nearby. For beach days made easy, the home is just 250 yards from the free tram, offering free parking and a quick 2-minute shuttle ride to the beach.

BEACH ACCESS
Grayton Dunes Beach Access is the closest beach entry, only about 5 minutes away. Nearby Grayton Beach State Park is one of the most beautiful parks along 30A, offering scenic dune trails, a coastal dune lake, pristine beaches, and full facilities.
