This basement level apartment is a completely private unit in our home, with a separate entrance. It includes:

- a spacious living room with a large pull out couch
- TV with streaming apps
- a game room area with a pool table and arcade game
- a kitchen and dining area
- kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and basic cooking and dining supplies
- 1 bedroom with a queen bed
- bathroom, shower, and SAUNA!
- high speed wifi

Guest access
There is a private entry to the apartment and the entire apartment is yours. Convenient self check in with a lock box. Please note there is no backyard access.

We are always available over message and aim to reply instantly! Please note that we both work full time in Manhattan hence we are not home too much and are not always available to chat in person, but always available via message!


NEIGHBORHOOD
Enjoy a huge park just two blocks away, with tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball, a lake and a large kids playground.

There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars, walking distance from the apartment.

COMMUTE TO NYC
By bus - take the bus into NYC for a cost effective alternative. $3.50 per ticket one way, the bus stop is located right outside of our home and takes about 20-25min, arriving at Port Authority.

By car - drive into NYC via Lincoln Tunnel in 20-30min depending on traffic. $15 toll.
