We have had an excellent stay at the house. A very nice and comfortable house, well maintained and equipped. Wonderful views and a great location. Excellent reception by caretaker of the house and very useful instructions from the owner. Strongly recommend!

No hot tub, but still lovely

US/UK renters see « hot tub » and think of outdoor, communal experience. Here, they just have a bathtub with jets, for one. Also, there isn’t garbage removal service in Lugrin, so if you cook & generate waste, you’re expected to drive it or lug it to the town garbage/recycling depots. That said (enough to hopefully put off many from my new fishing hole ;), it’s a wonderful house and very kind people running it.

Wir hatten eine superschöne Ferienwoche in diesem tollen Haus. Toller Blick über den Genfer See, sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses, sehr gute Ausflugs- und Bademöglickeiten. Alles top. Fliegen gitter in den Schlafzimmern wären als kleine Anregung auf jeden Fall ratsam, da uns die Quälgeister leider jede Nacht besucht haben.Ansonsten gerne mal wieder.

Très bonnes vacances dans cette superbe maison, bien aménagée et décorée. Localisation idéale pour aller profiter du lac et faire ses courses à pied, aller à Evian ou Thonon en bus, tout en permettant de relier rapidement en voiture des départs de randonnée.

C’est une maison très bien équipée, spacieuse et agréable avec ses deux terrasses. La cuisine est particulièrement agréable avec beaucoup de vaisselle et d’ustensiles. La literie est de bonne qualité. On peut aller à pieds à une petite plage et il y a quelques commerces au village à 5 mn à pieds. Un Intermarché est également tout près. Baignades et randonnées

La situation de la maison : 10 minutes à pied de la plage pour la baignade, et les randonnées pour tous les niveaux. Le village est à taille humaine et ses habitants sont très accueillants. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire les courses sans aller à Evian. La maison spacieuse est très agréable, cocooning et très propre. Excellent séjour.
