Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds as is. Log out of personal accounts on Smart TV.
Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start. Turn AC to 76 degrees in May-Sept or 68 Degrees in October-April if the heat is on.
Dirty towels can go in the laundry bins in master closet or beside the washer. Hang any wet towels on the hooks or over the shower curtain
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Booking guest must be 25yrs or older. No smoking inside the home. No events or parties without prior approval. Quiet hours begin at 10pm
Black makeup towels are provided in each bathroom. Excessive damage or stains may result in replacement charges.
Children must be supervised in the backyard at all times. No parking in the garage at this time.

Property management was amazing and kept in communication with me at all times even through a tornado warning that we went through. I will definitely rent from this property again.If I have to stay out in Stillwater again.

We fell in love with property for location a being close to everything OSU and restaurants. But most of all the quiet neighborhood, warm welcoming feeling from the space that instantly the name Grandview farmhouse came naturally. We all stay as family when coming to see our OSU student. Great for family gatherings or girl or guy weekends.

We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their stay. The neighborhood is a quiet and safe neighborhood and just far enough out but also centrally located to everything Stillwater.
