The apartment buildings on Waldstraße are located in a quiet area, yet the beach, supermarket, and bakery are all within easy reach. Each apartment has a designated parking space at the back of the building. The vacation apartments feature a bright interior, an open-concept living and dining area, a south-facing terrace or balcony, and a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet.

COZY 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH BALCONY
Welcome to Apartment 7 at Waldstraße 32! This cozy 2-room vacation apartment, with a total area of 51 square meters, is located on the 2nd floor in the attic of the apartment building.

You’ll be greeted by a bright, open living and dining area in a Mediterranean style. The living room sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area in just a few simple steps, accommodating 2 people (150 cm wide). A 39-inch flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The open kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with an exhaust fan, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces south. Here you can soak up the sun, relax, and wind down the evening after a beautiful day at the beach.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious closet with a full-length mirror offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. Blackout blinds are installed in the bedroom for privacy, and curtains are provided in the living room for privacy.

The tiled, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as ample storage space for your bathroom essentials. A towel warmer ensures cozy, warm towels and rounds out the bathroom amenities.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are available for rent on a per-person basis. Please order them well in advance so that we can have the linen package ready for you in the apartment before your arrival. A free parking space is available for guests of this vacation rental.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
