Enjoy this multigenerational family friendly lake house that makes it easy for everyone to spread out and relax both inside and out. This home features a full length ramp from the parking area into the home, making access easy for all ages. Preparing meals is a pleasure in the new open kitchen with updated appliances and separate family dining area. Prefer grilling out? The oversized deck has a large gas grill for your use. Enjoy the home year round with the wood-burning stone fireplace. Elegant and private master bedroom features en suite bathroom with soaking tub and double sinks. All new mattresses and deluxe bedding throughout the property. Has main floor laundry and off-street parking. There are also local boat rental options, central heat, and air-conditioning. Minimum age for rental is 25. This is a family, friendly neighborhood and large parties are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate cancellation of reservation with no refunds given. Absolutely no smoking on property. Sorry, no pets.
