Great location with privacy, a wonderful screened-in porch, manicured walking paths, a comfortable dock and kayaks, paddle boat and canoe. We particularly enjoyed the avian wildlife… a pair of sandhill cranes, a swan family, a great blue heron, kingfishers and geese. A very enjoyable place to spend some time!

A beautiful lakefront property with toys and fun and nature all around! It is handicap accessible although getting a wheelchair down to the lake can challenging but doable! Friendly neighborhood. The host has thought of everything, well appointed. We saw a deer and an Osprey and 3 turtles that's some serious nature for this Cali girl! LOVED IT!! Enjoyed a gorgeous blood moon and an eclipse amazing!!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and our stay seamless. We especially appreciated having access to the hot tub and the well-stocked amenities throughout the property.Overall, we made some great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Can't beat this property for privacy and outdoors ambience. The lake is really quiet on weekdays. And the power boaters are respectful of those of us who perfer our kayaks and standup boards. The house has what you'll need to cook most any meal. While we were there during a blistering heat wave, the AC was making severse noise. The owner had it dealt with and we were back in comfort.

Amazing small town lake getaway!

Awesome property, great small sports lake. Dan was an awesome host, theres more than enough to enjoy between the acreage and the included water amenities. I have family in the area and this was a great spot to call home for the week.

Second time even better than the first. While last year's stay was great, this year was even better. The weather was HOT but the cool breeze off the lake made everything pleasurable as we fished, kayaked, swam and watched the wildlife.

Family Wedding Stay

This was a perfect place for our family to stay for the weekend as we gathered for a wedding celebration. The property was well-maintained and our family loved the screened in porch. Everything was clean and the property had great layout. My family and I will definitely be back.
