Property is perfect for families or groups. With 4-1/2 bathrooms, guests will find plenty of privacy and convenience throughout their stay. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning, and thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer add to the ease of your visit. This delightful home offers a terrific blend of comfort and private spaces. Enjoy all that Red Wing has to offer when you stay at our place. Overlooking the Mississippi river with incredible views of Historic Red Wing, Mn. Ideal Eagle watching from the large floor to ceiling family room windows. Excellent fishing with guide services available or bring your own boat with the public launch only 1 mile down the road. Take your motorcycle down scenic HWY35 and enjoy the amazing ride to Stockholm for pie or visit Lake Pepin. Trout fish the Trimbelle river within a couple miles from the house. Just down stream is the infamous Harbor bar and there is always live entertainment just upstream at the Treasure Island resort and casino. The Cannon valley bike trail is a 10 minute drive across the river in Red Wing. Forgot something?, Walmart, Target and Menards are just across the river. This brand new construction is located at the end of the road on a quiet cul-de-sac. Plenty of parking available.

Place was very nice, great view, and brand new. So new in fact that it was not 100% finished and there was still painters tape on the wall, some cabinet handles were fully screwed on and the garage had some equipment in it still. Not really a big deal, but kinda surprised it was being rented when it wasn’t 100% complete. I’m assuming by the end of summer it will be fully finished. Not everything was as stocked as much as you’d think either. Felt like there needed to be a few more bath towels considering it’s listed to host 10 a night. The loft also wasn’t that clean. We found a bloody pillow and hair in the sheets up there. I mean other than that it was a great place. Check out process was simple. I would’ve cleaned more but there wasn’t even a broom. Once everything is finished it’ll be 5 stars for sure.

Jeff is a great host. Very accommodating. His communication is top notch. The only issues we had was that the home did not have central air. There isn't any vents besides one vent that we saw. Separate rooms had their own AC units. Upstairs living room had none so it did get warm at times. None in the bathrooms. Also, there were strangely a lot of bugs in the home when we arrived. Overall we had a good time.
