Sunset at PK is a place where lake days slow down and memories speed up. Designed for fun, connection, and unhurried rest, this lakefront retreat offers sweeping views of Possum Kingdom Lake and front-row seats to the kind of sunsets you’ll talk about long after you leave.
Whether you’re sipping coffee on the large front deck or gathering on the two-story dock, the lake is always in view. Step out the back door and onto your private dock, complete with a boat dock, water platform, and Jet Ski lifts— ideal for fun-filled days on the lake and stress-free evenings on the dock.
Designed with large families or multiple families in mind, the property offers spacious parking with covered carports and a generous yard ideal for outdoor games, relaxing, or entertaining. Fire up the professional-grade gas grill for dinner, or use the large Blackstone griddle for unforgettable breakfasts and Smashburgers! Plenty of outdoor seating makes it easy for everyone to gather, while the spacious indoor family room features free high-speed internet and large LCD TVs—perfect for game days, movie nights, or entertaining the kids.
The main house includes three bedrooms that comfortably sleep six adults, plus two kid-friendly mattresses that can be used in any bedroom. For larger groups, an additional guest house is available and provides additional space with one king bed, a Pack-n-Play (crib), a full bath, and beautiful lake views. With both spaces, the property can sleep up to 8 adults and 2 kids comfortably.

Conveniently located near popular restaurants, hiking, golf, and a nearby grocery store, everything you need is just minutes away. Baseball families will also appreciate being only 12 minutes from Rocker B Ranch. Whether you’re here for boating, grilling, sunsets, or simply time together, Sunset at PK is where lake memories are made.
Please note our personal boat is often kept on a lift in the main slip. Bumpers are in place on the north and south side of the main dock, and guests are welcome to tie off along the side of the dock.
There is also ample docking space at the smaller dock on the south side of the property.
Please DO NOT use the boat lift, as it is designed specifically for a certain make and model of boat. Attempting to use the lift may result in damage to both the boat and the lift.
